Front staff amazing - my nephew was stuck in Montreal airport so I booked him a room for his overnight layover . Forgot to change name on the reservation to him but when I called the front desk , he was amazing and said no problem. 15 minute Uber ride from the airport and he was safe and getting a few hours rest

Long check-in process. Customer service was not the best, not very helpful and the young man at the desk in the evening appeared as though we were bothering him when we asked for some things that we were missing.
The beds were uncomfortable, we had 2 towels for 4 people, the room was very damp and smelled bad. There was dirt/sand in the bathtub (on the sides and on the bottom).
The neighborhood didn't feel very safe. The desk actually has a sign offering to lend some club type things to lock your vehicle to avoid theft which kind of made us nervous... especially when we asked for one and they said they had no more left to lend!
We will most likely not be staying there ever again! Very disappointed

Overall hotel was fine but I picked this hotel specifically for the use of the pool with my kids. Turns out the pool is only open on Sat-Sun and not from Mon-Fri. Would be nice if that was noted somewhere or advertised as such.
Parking lot wasnt very secure and i was offered a steering wheel club when I checked in. That didnt inspire much confidence regarding leaving my car in the lot.

Area around the property isn't very nice. Difficult to drive around with turn-arounds and industrial spaces all around. Property is also under renovations so that brings a few limitations

Sam was incredibly nice and helpful. We had booked 4 rooms for a total of nights for a group of 14 people. It was apparent that the property needed some work and maintenance done and to be fair there were a few workers present at the time of our stay. However the place lacked attention to detail when it came to basic amenities. 2 of our rooms didn’t have a coffee machine, one of them had a broken hair dryer and remote control. The biggest thing they need to change are their pool hours and the fact that neither it was mentioned in a follow up email after booking or at the time of check in is a huge inconvenience. Since it’s only open on weekends, I would think that is a crucial piece of information that needs to be disclosed prior to checking in. I’m sure that’s an easy fix to avoid future customer dissatisfaction.

Horrible! Three weddings happening Saturday night. Music started before 7pm, the floors are shaking and at 12:45am called the front desk. They said the music will play until 2 am and they can’t do anything about it. The AC doesn’t work properly nor is there a fan to block out any of the noise. I do not recommend booking this hotel.

Arrived in the evening and Sam met us. There was an issue that occurred between Expedia and the hotel to where we had a king room instead of 2 queens. Sam went out of his way and found a room for us albeit no A/C. They gave us a fan to use for the night and got us into a different room the next day. Hotel is currently under renovation but most of it was fine. Our only dislike is that the pool is basically only open on the weekends. We booked specifically for the pool and only got to use it one day. Outside of that the rooms were comfortable and the staff was super nice.

I was disappointed with bathroom conditions, bath tub is super slippery and in general the room is super old, the carpet, the curtains and room does not have microwave.

Room was clean and fine. Bathroom definitely needs some upgrades as the sink was cracked and the tub had multiple scratches and areas damaged. Air conditioning was noisy but turning it off worked fine for us.

For one of the days of our stay, the hot water didn’t work.
The room was always uncomfortably warm. The room AC is set only to be functional if someone is in the room, and it didn’t work well when it ran.
The hotel was not very clean, and it was in a state of disrepair. Numerous examples of hallway and elevator area items that were damaged. For your website to designate this hotel as a 4 star hotel - quite frankly is not only inaccurate but misleading.
