Second time staying here. Worth the detour to avoid staying in Kamloops or Kelowna. Very much the best experience I’ve ever had. Both time I’ve stayed. Will continue to detour and spend the night in Vernon when travelling to and from Alberta instead of Kamloops.

Better than last time but the hot tub jets could be fixed to be more powerful and a breakfast offer would be nice at their restaurant as no free included breakfast here like most other BW's. I used hot tub early this am as open at 7 am and out of towels and some dunny other guest left his many spit out sunflower seeds all over a wicker table, how dumb of him! I know it is a guy as ladies do not do stupid things like that! Maintenance too should check on this when the pool doors are unlocked!

It’s a new hotel so everything is new, however, I was very unhappy with the billing treatment, we were scheduled for 3 nights but weather control the drive over the mountains suggested we should leave a day earlier. I would have expected a minimum charge for Les ung early, however, they decided to charge me the extra night because I did not give them 24 hour notice after staying g there for 2 days!

The rooms are nice large, bed on the other hand , was one of the more uncomfortable one i have sleep in. Dinning room : only one waitress, brought our order one iteam at a time eg plate but not toast asked a few time for that . If the hotel was fully booked you should have more staff. And a few other things but so much for that. I would stay here again if need be

It's a nice, reasonably new property. They had a stereo plane in the hallway into the middle of the night kept the awake until you realize that it was some kind of house system they were running at 4:00 in the morning and the hot tub was not particularly warm nor did the Jets work well
