Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Place! If I could give zero stars, I would. My room wasn’t even ready until 4:30 PM — well past the usual check-in time. When I tried to speak to someone about it, I was told there’s no manager on-site and they can’t give me a refund. How convenient. I was already frustrated, but it got worse. While I was mid-sentence explaining my issue, a front desk girl literally put me on hold—while I was still talking. Completely unprofessional. To top it all off, the hotel was filthy and smelled terrible. I’ve been trying to contact them again, and surprise surprise—no one is answering the phone. I’ve tried calling multiple times and gotten nowhere. The lack of accountability is astounding. Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. There are plenty of other hotels that actually care about guests and run like a business, not a joke.

It was good, if you don’t rent a car it’s about a 30 min walk to some stores near by but about a 30 min drive into downtown Toronto. We got a suite an the only thing I didn’t like was the curtains in the bedroom they didn’t block the sun out at all was woken up at 5am my whole stay

Beautiful hotel. Loved the scent throughout. The room was lovely and I appreciated the slightly East exposure. Would caution the restaurant to ensure they are not overcooking food items. Very flavourful food but was disappointed with tough chicken and overcooked prawns. Thank to the friendly and helpful staff.

Nice clean and comfortable stay!

We were here for a short stay and wanted easy access to the airport. The property was in great condition and convenient to access. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very comfortable.
