Elegant Suites - CN Tower & Lake View

This suite had a fantastic view of the CN tower and the entire downtown Toronto area including Toronto Island. It’s very new modern suite with lots of security located on the 62nd floor close to all the great attractions and easy access to transportation options. The managers were excellent and very good to communicate with

Excellent Stay – Perfect Location! I had a great experience at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic – close to grocery stores, walkable to major attractions, and just a short stroll to the boardwalk. Everything was convenient and within easy reach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Nice place to stay, close to CN tower,

Overall, I enjoyed the property. The only changes are minor suggestions to improve communication and check-in/out. I should note that they told me this property was an upgrade, due to a plumbing issue in the original suite. The good: Property was clean, spacious, and ideally located for downtown attractions. I enjoyed the view on the 62nd floor, facing the CN Tower. The less good: Constant noise on my floor, as if somebody was running a very large vacuum. I could hear it from my suite, but it luckily was minimal from the bedroom. Elevators take a very long time to reach the floor, in some cases up to 5 minutes. The curtains in the bedroom did not fully cover the window, so the room was never as dark as I would have liked while sleeping. A representative met me in the lobby to provide the key, but the phone number I had for this person was incorrect. Luckily he called me when I landed at YYZ to say he was at the building. They had my flight number, which was on time, so there was no need for him to be at the building lobby for 1.5 hours ahead of me. Upon leaving I was told to leave the key in the cupboard where I found it. After a prompt email exchange, they told me to leave it on the table and send them a photograph when I vacated the property. Overall, I would have preferred the check-in/out procedure to be more straightforward. I would have slept better if the curtains were more effective, and the noise in the hall was eliminated. But not a bad experience.

Great service and views. very clean

I booked for us to stay at the Elegant Suites hotel. When we were at the airport heading out, I got a text message informing me that our reservation has been changed to a different address right next to the original hotel. Instead of checking in at the front desk of a hotel like we're used to, I kept getting text messages from 3 people, informing me where to meet the person who was going to give us the keys to the property. We finally met up with one person outside of the property who walked us up to the condo where we would be staying. As I had mentioned on our arrival day, we thought it was not very professional to be handed over to another entity that we didn't make our reservation with on the day of our check in without being given any choices. Outside of that, the condo we stayed in was decent and close to the original location as stated. The owners/individuals we communicated with during were responsive in a timely manner to our inuiries regarding WI-FI issues and batteries for the remote control. On our check out day, there was a bit of back and forth regarding where we would leave the keys-originally we were told to leave the keys on the dinning room counter and then on the day of check out, to leave it in the box at the Hasty Market. It was eventually straightened out and was not a problem. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the front desk like we're used to to walk around until our departure to the airport but it didn't look like it was an option.

Communication could be better. I got emails and text from different parties who never spoke to each other therefore confusing at times. Condo needs a fresh coat of paint.

It was not the room we ordered. We had to wait for 1/2 hour in the parkade to get our space an employee was parked in it. When we told Jemal it was not the apartment was not what we ordered he left. No one told us about the kill switch for the lights. We could not get the microwave and oven to work.

CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING: We did not have a great experience. Check in and all communication with the property was confusing, inconsistent and disorganized. There were multiple different numbers to contact and I had to prompt them to communicate and send links through Expedia rather than through text or email. They changed our booking last minute due to a plumbing issue and it was significantly different than the level of quality we expected based on the pictures. The floor was broken, none of the kitchen appliances worked and everything was cheap and thrown together- out of date and unclean. There were hidden fees required after booking for cleaning, deposit and parking although advertised as being included- we had to pay ourselves, submit a receipt to the property and then be reimbursed through e-transfer which I have yet to receive- just feels sketchy. To the company’s credit they were very responsive and the location is very central and cost is affordable. Although you really do get what you pay for. Keep that in mind, we regret not booking a proper hotel for our stay.

The room I booked was apparently unavailable. So I was placed in another room. Wasn't a big deal. We still had a decent view. Room was a bit rough but not really a big issue. The big issue I had was the cleanliness. There was dirt everywhere. large clumps of dust and dirt. The glassware was filthy. Towels were stained. I contacted the manager. They responded quickly and provided a quick solution. They dispatched a cleaner to the room and had the room cleaned. It wasn't' perfect but they did make a solid effort to remedy the issue. I would recommend this property. with a word of caution. You get what you pay for.

From check in till check out the Guestic's company failed at every aspect of the stay. No have never had a worse experience with a rental either condo/home or hotel in or out of country than this. What was suppose to be a memorable 83rd birthday trip for my Father and his grandson left me wonder how or "who" contributed all the positive reviews for this property. If you are looking to stay for the locations; all the inconveniences and headaches are not worth the stay. My Father who is not opinionated, had to give his 2 cents to the customer service supervisor who was rude & unreasonable! had to step in and stick up for me.

10/10 perfect views of the city

Perfect for a family getaway, need a key fob to get in building and to access the elevator which I find great for security.. located 3 min walk from union station cn tower arena and grocery store had a tunnel access directly from hotel … the only suggestion or comment/complaint I have, the pullout couch comforter needs to be changed as ours was stained, other than that great stay great views

Some lights are not working, even floor lamp, some crockey is damage,like glass and coffee cup have crack, only 2 elevaters for this highrise, most time waite time from 10 min to 15 min atleast. Great location,great views, walking distance to most attractions.

Property is generally nice and the view is awesome. Walking distance to financial district as well as many entertainment options. Only annoying thing I found during my stay was the complete unreliability of the WiFi within the unit, contacted the customer service who were not able to help and I ended up having to do a hotspot from my phone. Overall an okay experience but I will think twice before using it again. Thanks

Great location and setup for a long Eras Tour weekend!

First experience staying at a high floor Worth it for that alone. Location is great Walking distance to the arenas . We went to Second City which is close by. The check in is late at 5pm which during the week would put you in bad traffic.

Great location, fairly quiet. Owners were very detailed with check in and check out process and quick to respond to questions.

We booked two rooms. The rooms were great, lots of space, great views. However I was pretty disappointed with the way they went about charging me. I had first selected this room based on the price displayed on Expedia. After I booked the room, they sent another invoice for $150 cleaning fee per room. I thought this was uncalled for. It came up as a 'hidden fee'. To be attracted by a lower fee initially and then after booking, bump up with a hidden fee felt very wrong to me.

Nice property, elevator was crowded! Otherwise very nice!
