We love this hotel room when we visit Niagara, especially the view of the falls. The free breakfast is very convenient for families. We also used the pool and hot tub, both were great. The rooms were clean and we had a bathroom vent that was askew but easily fixed my maintenance who was prompt. Off site parking shuttle bus was quick and it picked us up and dropped us off right in front of our car. There is even someone who mans the elevators. Customer service is fantastic. Embassy suites will continue to be our go to hotel when visit Niagara Falls.

TGI and STK are great places to eat ad you don't have to drive somewhere! Definitely recommend this place!

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever stayed on. For the premium price you pay for this hotel, you would expect a top of the line bed. For starters, the elevator ride to/from your room is at minimum a 30min experience. They have people shuffling people into the elevator’s as it is that full and chaotic. This hotel feels more like a cheesy cash grab hotel you’d find on the Vegas Strip. You are just a number, there isn’t any care put into anything. Oh, and then the parking. The cheapest option requires a shuttle to and from. Super disappointed.

Overall, a good experience. Appreciate the included breakfast, but expect long lines if you show up close to closing.
Elevators were a bit slow.. Staff did their best to redirect guests.

Location and the view was phenomenal. Good amenities. My daughter liked the pool very much. A bit too crowded and lots of extras, like very expensive parking.

Room has a nice space layout but needed upgrade where we stayed. Carpet was old and bed were over used, didn't really have a good sleep. Also my wife thinks the bed sheets wasn't washed properly. Service was perfect and the workers were friendly. If you have a big family and looking for a beautiful view of the falls then I would recommend Embassy Suite. Only negative is we planned on spending time at Clifton Hill with the kids but it was too far for a walk, so we had to take uber back and forth for 2 days since shuttle was not available. I read lots of good reviews, maybe we just didn't have the best luck getting well condition room.
