We have stayed at this hotel many times before, and will be back again. We appreciate the separate living room area, the full kitchen, and the in-suite washer and dryer. Our only complaint is that we found the bed too firm.

This hotel has the most beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms were perfect with cooking facilities and a BBQ on the patio. The staff are knowledgeable and really helpful. They gave us local knowledge as well as ideas of where to go further out.
The hot tub is perfect after a long days hiking.
The room was clean when we arrived and they restocked and cleaned to a high standard daily.
As the hotel is on the edge of town is was quiet in the evenings and very relaxing. It was just a 20 minute walk into the town of Canmore.
It is the perfect location to explore the area. I can not recommend this hotel enough. If we are lucky enough to visit Canmore again we would definitely stay here again.

Very dated, carpet very old and stained. Hallways smelly, Holes in the walls that make you think insects were hiding inside. Didn’t stay, we decided to leave and found a much better place

I enjoyed the room. The underground parking was helpful because the parking outside was full. I don’t have great spacial awareness though and damaged my car coming out of the parkade. My fault, but I keep thinking if there wasn’t that sharp corner coming out I wouldn’t have to pay to fix my side door.

I had a great experience staying at Falcon Crest Hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the full kitchen with an oven — perfect for longer stays or anyone who enjoys cooking on the go.
On our second day, we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign up, but the staff left a thoughtful note with a number to call in case we still wanted fresh towels. When I did reach out, someone came by immediately with new ones. The team was incredibly attentive and respectful of our space, and that level of service really stood out.
Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Canmore. Comfortable, clean, and top-notch hospitality.
