The stay was excellent, the rooms were very clean and spacious.
The only issue we had was the fact that all vending machines for drinks were no longer in service as per the front desk, and since the gift shop is closed on weekdays, the only option to get a drink was to buy from TGIF which was very expensive.
Also, the pool was very cold, it should be heated more.

Really good place to stay would recommend again.
Only downside is Parking lot is very expensive.35$ for the cheapest options.
Parking around corner is only $20.

the elevators B, was stuck for 15mins. it kept going to a floor and then going to another floor without opening the doors.
When I told the front desk I felt they just didn't seem to care. Parking staff was outstanding, very helpful.
Housekeeping on our floor were extremely friendly, you have some outstanding staff.
I would still stay again because of them.

I loved this hotel but, $70 to use a parking space on their property on top of the $200 room is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! Never again, not me, not now! Good grief ya money grabbers

There was no soap in our Shower. Shower was slippery and dangerous. we requested the staff to correct the situation and were assured this will happen. In fact it did not.
During our second day once again we had to shower without soap and tiptoe in the shower stall carefully. Very disappointing !

Was woken up at 7am from loud construction going on in what seemed like the room above me. Drills, saws, sanders and hammers all apart of my morning wake up. Also requested late checkout and was disturbed at 11 by cleaning staff even with my dnd on door. Manager was no help when I voiced my displeasure. Will never stay there again and will share my experience with everyone I can.
