The staff was absolutely amazing, they were quick to accommodate us, and so nice! The hotel itself was good, the room was clean and very nice, no complaints at all. Lots of parking. Close to everything. We will definitely stay again. Bring your kids and Grandkids they will love it here!!

The check in process was ok and the room was decent. There was visible dirty marks in areas on the walls that could have used extra cleaning. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok. Would suggest getting more options for people with dietary restrictions.

Convenient place to stay in Kamloops

The room was spotless the staff very helpful very courteous. We had a great day and we’ll definitely go back again.

Interior of Waterslide was filthy, brown dirt all over my bathing suit. Hot tub was closed due to chemical imbalance. Swimming pool was the color grey. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was consistent with other hotels.

The hotel was very clean at the location was great. However: 1. The shampoo bottle in our shower was empty on arrival. 2. A room was 88° on arrival and the thermostat was broken. Someone came up right away to check it and suggested that we just turned it off. Three days into our six night stay, I called down because our room was very cold. Again someone came up at 12:30 AM and said that they would try to have it fixed the next day. Finally, on the fourth day, they fixed it. That is absolutely unacceptable. It should’ve been fixed and in good working order before we checked in. But even if it wasn’t working on check-in, they should have repaired it immediately. This is the reason I rated the hotel poor for condition, staff, etc..

The room was clean. The breakfast options were plentiful with a nice dining area. The decor is updated. However, the lighting in the room is very dark and would benefit from a standing lamp. The room could also use the addition of a comfortable chair.

Always our go to hotel in Kamloops. Nice comfortable beds. Be careful in winter as the parking lot is slippery.

Pool water was obviously gross, murky, not sure how often they clean the pool and hottub, very disappointed. Other guests commented the same. The room was nice and the staff were friendly, especially the kitchen staff who helped us with breakfast. The food, however, was so so.

The staff in the breakfast area were incredibky rude. They would hover and tell people to take one or 2 pieces of sausage or bacon. I went to get more orange juice and she told me to keave orange juice for others. I took a banana and she said i better eat it there. Unbelievably agressive and rude
