Very outdated room, the tv was slow, remote unresponsive. The curtains didnt completely block out light from outside. Room itself was clean, bed was comfortable.

My fault for not choosing a hotel with food services. There was no dining room and particularly no room service for tired travellers.
They served breakfast after 6 am; that was too late for my schedule and so I cannot comment.

Staff was very rude!! We late checked in and got to know that our reservation is not confirmed beside of having confirmation emails from third party reservation company expedia!!
The staff denied check 1:30 am in the morning and had no option other then waiting call expedia to contact hotel!! Lastly got a room but not we actually booked for two twin beds!!
The staff didn’t helped to resolve issue in the middle of the night!!

It was great! The room is super clean! The water of the pool is warmed. Good breakfast! The employees ate kind. The only thing, the hotel seems popular for teens! We saw a football team. A lot of teenagers playing around. A lot of noise. Other than that really satisfy. Thank you!
