Met our needs. Staff were friendly.

What renovations were done were sloppy. Baseboards missing. No flooring under the bed, just plywood paneling instead of flooring. Overhead lights in room and bathroom too bright.I had to ask for a bedside light to offset the overhead lighting. Food debris left in my microwave. My daughter and nephews rooms had fridges that didn't work. The sheets in my daughter's room hadn't been changed since the last residence. I won't mention in polite company what evidence of that she found in her sheets. The food items left out for morning breakfast weren't adhering to health rules. The milk jug contained milk that was curdling. You had to reach into a bag of bread to get bread for toast. The eggs and hash browns were extremely unappetizing looking. The same stained tablecloths and towels covering the tables were stained when we arrived and when we left. Our keycards were deactivated before we checked out. My ceiling fan in the bathroom never worked and I knew it would be useless to complain. The only good thing was the view of Sydney Harbour. Do NOT stay at this place!

This is a very run down hotel. The free breakfast was terrible. Expedia charged for an extra person even though my stepdad was alone I his room and my wife and I in another room.

Unfortunately the stay was the worst of my year between the horrible air fresheners (I guess they use whatever but just gave me headache ) along with the fact that I had to fight for a paid receipt was to much…. That hotel is a big X.

Overall good, could fix up some details to make it nicer. The hallways was loud

The ONLY good thing is the view. You can smell the age and uncleanliness the moment you walk in. Breakfast set up on the same dirty linen. Curdled milk. Rotten bananas. Anticipated free breakfast for 5 days, had to go out an pay. Food is unfit for consumption (public health needs to monitor) Restaurant/bar was not open once. Unsanitary anyway. Bed and towels had foreign hairs upon arrival, had to request both to be changed. Only had housekeeping once. Took some garbage but not all…room was not actually cleaned. 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days. Fridge did not work, had to buy ice every day. Asked for someone to look at fridge or replace, they did not do either. Leftovers and purchased food rotted. Ice machine does not work. Food vending machine empty. No smoking signs all across front deck yet overflowing ashtray stand and people smoking. Overflowing garbage in a flower pot. People smoking pot every night inside even though sign says your stay will be terminated if caught smoking. Bathroom fan did not work. Hardwood flooring only goes to the edge of the bed then bare floor. Dirty old comforter which I did not use but froze because the top sheet was so thin. You can hear your neighbours. Bathroom door has to be slammed to close then hard to open. Front door as well has to be slammed which is very loud for all guests. It’s like they slap paint on like the landlord special before you arrive. 0/10 for cleanliness. Worst stay of my life.

Location on the water. No elevator to 2nd floor and no hand rail on last railing to 2nd floor. Renovations on 2nd floor causing paint smell

When we walked in, the young man at the desk offered to change our room to a first floor room so we didn't have to go up many steps. Then he printed out a map and marked it to show where we could have supper. AND told us about a boardwalk for an evening stroll. The room was comfortable, the view was great. Great choice.

Honestly, everything we needed. A good enough bed with clean sheets, shower with towels, soap and shampoo, a fridge, tv, bright window, air conditioner, and quick breakfast. Very friendly staff. Would stay again. Thanks so much !

Not overly impressed with the room. Plywood to "fix" under the bed. Weird odour in the room. Breakfast was lacking.

The property is great value for the price The breakfast is the pits and they would be better off not even having it Filthy linen plastic forks and the worst coffee in the world!!!

The hotel room was ok. Very hot overnight, no way to allow some fresh air into room. The breakfast was very shabby, not much to choose from , cold. Not great.

The room condition was smelly and uncomfortable and in addition the begbug bites made our stay really terrible.

It was just a room that's all

Outdated and dirty hotel

Very dirty place .. food permit in kitchen since 2019 (that’s the only one I saw) .. the city needs to shut this place down
