Staff claim only room left.I booked over a week ago.

The hotel is good but the personal at the front desk were very rude, the advertising says that they offer transportation from airport to the hotel and this never happened, and the excuse was that they have 5 different hotels in the area with the same name, so that was my faul because I didn’t read well. I never receive at less an apologies for this inconvenient. No a good place to stay
Also their English was very difficult to understand.
I won’t come back to that hotel ever.

We were welcomed from the storm (ice storm in Orillia) with kindness. The room was a little dated but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our flight wasn’t until the following late afternoon and the manager so kindly offered us a late check out of 1.00 pm. That was so appreciated and it worked out perfectly for our trip to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful but the lobby manager was amazing. Thank you for helping us both feel better after having no power, heat, hot water and cell phone service for 5 days.
