Very well kept facility. Not much interaction with staff but those that we did were very helpful

It was ok. We took the basic room with just a shower. Room was fine but i thought we were to get a city view. We had a window with the view of a wall. You could have better quality toilet paper and a hook or two to hang wet suits etc. The staff were very helpful and seemed to enjoy there jobs. It was very convenient for getting to the OLG stage,the casino and food choices.

Convenient to shopping and touristy sites. Rooms are showing their age...taps leaking, wallpaper pealing etc. In a 2 bdrm suite, should gave more then 2 glasses available and more then standard set of 2 towels.

Unfortunately the room I was in the heat did not work. Wasn’t expecting the temperature to be 7 degrees. There was a phone in the room but calling guest services or the front desk was a waste of time because no one answered. I tried to utilize the text messaging to get assistance but that didn’t work either.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. The in room fridges are an added convenience. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to swim - you must book a time at the pool, which I was unaware of.

the check in was crazy. The lineup was huge, and I know the parking out there for unloading is 10 mins max, but when the check in takes 40 minutes to even get the room key, this is not my fault that I went overtime there. The fire alarm went off, which I get it, but I will say, the alarm was not that unbearable tbh, I have been through much worse. And I really appreciate the voice message in there as well, letting me know I don't have to leave the room just yet. I was packing up anyway, but I appreciated the updates a lot and remaining informed about what was happening. Because alarms can be really confusing. The bed was unimpressively made, it was lumpy, and there was a hole in the sheets and stains in the carpet upon arrival. MY truck couldn't fit in the parking garage so I was sent to an outdoor lot which obviously does not have a height limit. This was an inconvenient walk, but I am grateful that they had this option at all. Although, I will also say, when charging an exorbitant amount of money to be a guest at the hotel and pay for a room, I feel as though parking should be included in the room fee. Paying extra on top of that is absurd and was highly irritating. I also paid for the accommodation in advance. I was not expecting to have additional fees beyond what I had already paid which was upsetting. I feel as though transparency would help to aid the situation. I don't want to be surprised with more fees. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Easy to check in and out

Our room was above a bar that payed live music u till after midnight. It was awful and unfair that we had to listen to that for hours

They charge me the parking mire than 50 dollars

Great stay with friendly staff

I was very disappointed on the hotel view. I booked a fall view spent extra for it. When i checked in, i went to the room i was looking at the roof of the casino with a little view of the of the fallls. When i went down to the frontdesk. I was told the us view id a partial not a full view. The mamager charged me $100 per night to updated my room and she wouldn't allowed my to look at the room before accepting the room. It was my wife birthday and i didn't want the manager to ruin it so i ended accepting. We moved from 20th floor to 29th. I would have say this the major issue i encounted. The manager who was a lady wasn't helpful at all. The 29th view was a little bit better...

Really wish the parking situation was better. Even though there was wonderful shuttle drivers it would be nice to just all beon site.
