Our room by elevator ...noisy. Lighting above bathroom mirror hard to see to put makeup on with etc area outside sketchy

Everything was great! The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were all very kind!

The AC was not working for 2 nights. they did not fix if and what they did was just opened the window. They should have transferred my 2 sons who stayed there to the other rooms with AC that is working. Poor boys they did not have AC for their entire stay. Thank you.

Each room door slams extremely hard. Woken up by early risers. AC was not turned on. Average room temp at 24. TV could not connect to Netflix or YouTube.

Good value for the location and amenities. The rooms are quite noisy at times… hearing conversations coming from other rooms and in the hallway as well as noise from outside. We were on the 4th floor and hearing sirens from outside was very loud at night. Still pretty decent for having a hotel room in downtown Vancouver with a pool for under $300 a night

Easily hear noise outside of the room

Reserved a family room for a long weekend family vacation with two adults and a teen. The room was on the first floor - #115. Avoid this room at all costs. There was a restaurant/bar essentially next door to our room so both Friday and Saturday night there was thumping bass and people talking late into the evening. At some points, the window was literally rattling. And to this, the unfortunate circumstance that a horde of college age kids were in the room across from us, next to us, and seemingly in several other rooms on the floor. From 8pm to after 11pm on Friday night they were screaming in the hallway, banging on doors, and slamming doors. On Saturday night, the same behavior continued from 8pm to 10ish and then again from 2:30-3:30am. I sent a message to the hotel Friday night and called twice on Saturday night, but they couldn’t really do anything to help besides send someone to talk to the kids. In addition, the room had a terrible musty smell and the door between the extra room and the main room was sticky and made a loud, horrible noise. The pool was warm. FYI that it has a tiny shallow end and gets deep fast. There didn’t appear to be any accessible way to access the pool without many stairs. The hotel was centrally located which was the best part about it, but I absolutely will not stay at this hotel again.

Had a nice stay. Was there for a week and when you’re “working” is nice have in a restaurant right there with a friendly staff.

The stay itself was good. The issues we had were out of the hotels control. It’s a very loud area with a lot of sirens going off throughout the night. The protest at 8pm wasn’t great either when you have kids trying to sleep at that time. Also, when teams are staying at the hotel, having kids running up and down the halls and opening and closing doors at all hours is just annoying. All of those things are out of the control of the hotel itself. But the one complaint I did eventually do, they acted right away and supported us as our family was trying to sleep.

Prime downtown location - walkable area, close to the skytrain canada line, lots of good options for food.

Great location for this property, everything is walkable. Parking available. Friendly staff… rooms were nice and clean. Our first time in Vancouver and will stay here again when we visit next!
