Consistently friendly staff, quiet hotel with nice breakfast options.

The day staff are fantastic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Darlene and I was not disappointed. The night front desk staff are hard to find. They stayed in the back. I would of liked to see them at the desk as added safety. The house keeping very friendly ( small talk ). Staff looked clean. The hallways , elevator , common area , breakfast area also clean. Our room was clean , AC worked but the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Staff said she would let the staff know. The pool area was clean and plenty of towels etc. Check out was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

This is the best holiday inn Express we have stayed at. Nearly new build, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, cheerful and helpful staff.

Having the option of a room with 2 king sized beds is awesome! Pool and waterslide were great and breakfast was lovely. Was dance festival weekend and noise in the hallways and rooms was not noticeable.

The best customer service I had in my 10 days trip/ 5 different hotels. Fantastic breakfast with yummy selection. Happy to be back in the future! I will recommend this place to all my friends and work team.

I love the Holiday Inn! It is one of the most safest, clean, and overall amazing hotel in Moose Jaw (or I’ve even been to). The energy of the atmosphere is all around calming, and so kind! We absolutely love the pool area - it is always clean, warm water, and a nice hot tub! The slide is extremely fun for our family, and there is water provided in the pool area, as well as comfy seating! This is the best hotel in Moose Jaw by far! Another bonus - the manager Darlene - is an absolute amazing person! I can not say better things about this Hotel

From first glance we justified paying 40 dollars more per night than opposed to the historic grant hall bc the quality of the hotel looked in better condition

This was my first stay in this hotel and I was very k pressed with everything! The room was beautiful and clean. The manager, Darlene, was incredibly helpful and efficient, as was the other front desk staff members.
