Ramada by Wyndham Prince Albert

It dissapointed me. I choosed the hotell because it has pool and hot tub but at the two night I stayed the pool and hot tub was closed. Also the elevator was not working so I have to carry on my liggage down the forth floor. The hotel was clean and offer nice breakfast. The parking lot was dirty and not pleasant.

Not enough security Had to phone down to desk 4 times cause of the party next door to my room and it did not stop even after phoning down for sucurity and afaid to come out of my room!

Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was spacious. Breakfast items were generally good. Fresh fruit like oranges, apples, bananas would have been nice. The bed was comfortable; the bedlinen was fresh and clean. The TV only worked on one channel. I didn't use it and did not report it while I was there.

One of the worst Ramadas I have stayed in. Staff were nice when you found them. Hotel was dirty. Floors, wall, ceiling. Do not think about going for a walk anywhere at night. Very bad location. Breakfast was hot and good at least.

Pretty much the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms were dirty. The bed skirts had red stains all over them, the floor was sticky - would dare take socks off. The bathroom walls had holes in them, the toilet seat had cracks and chips out of it. There was boogers and red marker over the walls. The elevator smelled very bad. I attempted several times to call and email the manager to voice my concerns, but never got a reply or call back. For two nights it was almost $500 - it was absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back. Ever.

Absolutley livid with the customer service received when i arrived to check in for my stay. I checked in early on the app. And arrived at 2:50 to check in. I was informed that my room was not yet cleaned and would take a extra 25min until it would be done. I patiently waited in the parking lot and returned as instructed only to be notified that they would not accept my booking because my drivers licence had a prince albert address. When i asked the lady at the desk why this would be a problem she would only reply "hotel policy" with no explanation as of why this would be a issue. I was left without any place to stay and no explaination.

The Ramada should be ashamed to have their name on that hotel. It is not up to any kind of standard. Horrible. Unsafe.

This hotel is falling apart. The entire property feels like you are in a garbage dump. There is litter/trash/cigarette butts everywhere. The room had one towel, the tv did not work, the 24 hour security guard was nice to have, otherwise there is zero chance I would have left my car overnight in the parking lot. There are holes in the walls, (they were patched, but very poorly). The swimming pool had an algae green tone to it. The floors in the hallway outside the elevators were sticky...yes sticky. So enough about the good things, lets talk about whats wrong with the hotel. When you drive up to the property, I had to recheck the map to make sure I was in the right spot. There was so much trash that I thought the property was abandoned. The hotel is clearly catering to a very seedy (by the hour) type clientele. The people hanging out outaide the hotel were very sktechy and this added to the uneasy feeling as I approached the hotel. Do not stay here. Find any other facility. The fact that I paid almost $200 for the room felt like a huge rip off. I have been a hotels.com member for about 13 years and staybin about 60-80 hotels every year. This hotel was by far the worst in years.

Parking lot in very poor shape hotel is dates and dirty

We did not end up staying at this hotel. We checked in and the room was very dirty. We requested another room and it was run down and dirty as well. At this point we requested our money back and found another hotel. There was no hassle with the refunding of our money and the cancelation of our reservation.

Not the cleanest! Main areas were dirty especially the elevator that was very slow. Room was ok but blue ink stains on the quilt and carpet looked very old. This was a king suite. Not worth it

The place was dirty, no towels in the room. The remote didnt work. The telephone looked sketchy and didnt work. The pool had no shower to use prior to getting into the hot tub. Hot tub looked dirty. The road in was very rough. Wall paper ripping off the walls. The shower rod was taped to the wall. The body wash was empty. The rug was dirty.

The outside of the hotel has been remodeled but the inside is not what youd expect of a ramada. I was not expecting 5 star hotel but i was also not expecting a dump. Bedding had stains, towels are completely worn out, pool was frigid, interior needs a serious update. I will not stay here again.

Very dirty, pool water was green, ice bucket in room was taper at the bottom with black tape, the outside ares of the hotel had garbage around. Will never stay here again!!

Gross and dirty, unkept, sticky floors, hot tub was slimy, homeless people laying around the property, garbage all around. Staff was very accommodating and kind.

The property was gross, pool was off coloured the rooms were dirty and run down. But the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and tried to make things right.

Noisy kids

Rooms are in bad conditions, room door is not good condition. And door locks are in hotel room and in bathroom not working .room decor is damaged and not useful. Tv remote is also not working properly. Room carpets are in very bad condition. I never going to that hotel again. I also have room photos but i am unable to put in this comment.

Hotel is in need of some fresh paint and carpets in the hallways. Common areas are filthy. My room was big, hide a bed couch looked like it was hauled out of an old cabin in the woods. Staff were overwhelemd with complaints about rooms while checking in.
