Clean. Staff courteous and helpful.

Beautiful property and place to stay. Clean. Spacious. The staff was super friendly. The pool lifeguard was interactive with the kids and played games with them. The breakfast was always fresh and tasty, enough variety for all to pick from and enjoy. Thank you for maintaining a great place!!

No fan in the bedroom Nothing on the site when I reserved tell us the spa was not open we are extremely not happy about this

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and very clean.

The property is old but clean! Needs a facelift but our suite was clean , quiet with the mountain view! Relaxing and being in the village everything was accessible! I would recommend the property to friends! I wish the hot tub was working properly and better access to the pool and sauna

Everything was great except the bed was not comfortable in our suite. The staff did an excellent job and were able to switch us to another room quickly. Especially appreciate Valentin’s help at the front desk.

I normally don't complain but in this case it was too much considering the cost and where were staying. Staff was very helpful and professional. The room was nice but was not clean. We found clothing left behind on the floor from the last guest. There was dishcloths to wash dishes. There was no extra blankets. The sauna area was dirty , the water in the hot tub was full of debris and the pool area was locked and not accessible. There are no towels available so make sure you stop by the front desk or bring some from your room. The breakfast was subpar. No hot water for tea, no ketchup, no takeaway containers. Food selection was bland, no bacon, beans or different types of eggs. Only scrambled. Make sure you ask for a room on the lake side of the hotel, we were kept up late every night from the bar next door as the music is loud and the people on the patio have to talk loud due to the music. On checkout the staff did credit the parking due to the noise which was appreciated.

This is located in the heart of the pedestrian path. Easy access to most featured activities and restaurants. My only issue was I booked a queen bed and endup in a double bed. Also, the ailes to the rooms were very hot.

Unfortunately one of the beds box springs was broken. It was replaced right away. Room was quite a distance down the hall and past two sets of stairs where the luggage trolley could not go. With 4 children this was a tad difficult to navigate. As well one of us just had knee surgery so again a bit much to navigate with luggage. In future I will specifically request not to be assigned that room or any past the first set of stairs

The hotel is perfectedly located directly in the village! The staff was absolutely amazing but a nice shoutout to Jasmine who took care of us as soon as we arrived, she is the best!!! Parking was also easy.
