It’s an old hotel but near by everything and have all kinds of services that you need for. The price is quite good for the area

I like that the room is large and has a little kitchen area with table and chairs for two and a two-burner hot plate, little fridge, & sink in the kitchen. There's no carpets, it's just tiles in the kitchen area and laminated floor in the rest of the room. There's a desk with a chair and there's two chairs for sitting and watching TV if you could get it to work. There's plenty of windows and lights. I like it, It's just that the area isn't very tourist friendly. There is a park at the end of the street when you exit to your right, but people are hanging around there so that was a little intimidating to me as a solo senior woman. The included breakfast was nice, the croissants were really good.

Checkin/checkout was super quick. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was super comfortable. Receptionist staff was super friendly. 1 minute walk to Berri UQAM station and downtown. Super close to Saint Catherine street and restaurants. Only bad thing was lots of homeless on the Labelle Street, which didnt feel safe at night. I ran from the metro at night, but other than that, great stay.

Nice rooms, bigger than expected which is always a nice surprise. Breakfast was limited mostly coffee, croissants, bread and cereal but still appreciated. And there's many breakfast places nearby should you need more than that.

Great location across the road from Berri-UQAM metro station, the link for 3 lines across the city and also the 747 bus to the airport.

I've stayed here several times over the years and keep coming back. Rooms are nice and the price is affordable. The breakfast offerings have been scaled back, but they are more than adequate to get you started in the morning. Bed was comfortable. I had a problem with the coffee maker in the room, and they sent a repairman up quickly and he took care of everything. No complaints at all. Would be glad to have a return visit.

The rooms were clean but outdated, and there were ongoing issues with water drainage. For the price, you’d be better off paying a little more to stay at a nicer property. This location is overpriced for what it offers. When we arrived, there was no parking available, and we were directed to park at the nearby hospital—one of the suggested locations. However, no one there had any idea why we were parking there. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. The breakfast was included and everyone can find something to eat there.

Nice, clean place to stay. It was noisy outside but quieted down after 11pm. Walking distance to old Montreal which was nice. Breakfast was adequate, not a huge selection but enough to fuel our morning.

Initial check-in was a bit slow. We received our room and immediately went to it. Upon walking in, we were hit with a terrible smell! We immediately went back to the desk and and shared this information. Initially, they said that they were going to go and check it out, but we explained regardless of what they did, we were not able to stay in that room. We asked to be moved to another room. They accommodated us, and the next room was 100% better. The bed was very comfortable, the AC was a little loud, but that's okay because we were across from the elevator - one balance the other.
The breakfast the next morning was a very pleasant surprise. Nice offerings, a big change from the usual. Overall, the hotel was very enjoyable and we would come back again.

Excellent value. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was a plus as well. Highly recommend however make sure to note the low parking garage clearance of 5’8… with even a lowered pickup truck, I wouldn’t fit and drove a few minutes away to îlot voyageur (underground parking with attached police station). The hotel did provide a list of alternative lots, but it was challenging to navigate the area being unfamiliar with where garage entrances are located and many one way streets. I found the ilot by chance and it was secure and cost effective for 48 hours.
