Hôtel Sacacomie

The hotel is in it to make money, and they keep certain things concealed until you agree to buy. Beware, i got a resort fee of $19/ person per night (frais de vilegiature) on my credit card 3 weeks after i stayed, and this was after i asked for a printed receipt upon checkout. I will not be returning

Shower for the indoor pool is broken and only has very hot water. Carpets in main hallways are worn down and sometimes not fully glued down. The included 15% gratuity on restaurant and bar items seems to be taxed too.

The hotel is understaffed resulting in poor service - and common areas as well as the rooms are outdated and in desperate need of modernization. The lobby could be great , but why is the fireplace not working? Same at the spa , why was the fire pit area not functioning/ in use? The entire experience is so underwhelming that we would not consider returning- unless there is a change in management and vision for the better.

La vue est extraordinaire, les employés sont tous très gentil et attentionnés, mention spéciale pour Claude à l'accueil des activités.

the breakfast was very basic and not free the pool is very small we had to wait in line to use it!!!

Bel endroit, mais oreiller inconfortable et pomme de douche qui fonctionne très mal.

The area around the hotel is stunning. The view of the lake from the hotel or beach second to none.

There was no working elevator the 10 days we were there and we were seniors of 20 stairs and no luggage assistance.

Our room needed a good renovation. Not soundproof at all. Bathroom with mold. Toilet leaking.

Great view and amazing location. However, the food is really average and pricy for what it is . The pool really needs an uplift and to have access to the spa pools (which are nicer), they asked you to pay a daily spa fee 40$+. The rooms do not have A/C. The bellboy(sir) and the gentleman for the water activities are amazing but the rest of the staff needs some training on customer service.

Service should be improved as well as the property needs maintenance Slow services (check in , out, room ready only at 16:00), motor boat rental close at 15:00 (even if boat was available), and lost electricity (due to weather reason - not their fault), therefore breakfast minimal but zero discount

The beach was amazing. Access to kayaks and paddle boards was also great.

Ce n’est PAS optimal pour les familles. Les photos des magnifiques piscines extérieurs sont en fait 14ans et+ (le spa) donc pas de piscine extérieur familiale. Chose à savoir avant. Pour aller à la plage, des tonnes d’escaliers en piètre état et non éclairées le soir. + la plage est super, propre, claire, chaude et de supers embarcations :) *avant de descendre assure toi d’avoir tout ton stock,Apporte un anti mouches noirs c’est super intense. Pour manger y’a juste le resto assez cher et peu accueillant c’est pas mal la seule manière de manger à un endroit cute! On s’est trouvé un mini endroit mais c’était rempli de clous rouillés au sol on a des photos, c’était ridicules et dangeureux. On s’est fait réveiller à 7h par des gars de construction, on a filmé tellement le bruit était intense. La piscine intérieur est belle mais ferme à 20h et les vitres comme sur les photos sont tellement abimés qu’on voit pas vrmt la superbe vue. Y’a pas réellement d’arcade, une table de pool et 2 vieilles machines. Ne réserve pas si tu n’est pas certain d’avoir un balcon sinon très ordinaire. Je le conseil aux couple pour le spa incroyable ! Les vtt et trottinettes étaient brisés J’aurais aimé après tout ça au moin un service à l’écoute et qui cherche une solution pour nous, le gérant me traitait presque de menteuse ayant eu un trouble avec ma réservation, on voyage toujours à 5 et là c’était écrit seul, il n’est jamais venu nous voir ou juste s’excuser pour le cumulatif.

Très beau hotel, bon service, installations très intéressantes. Seul commentaire négatif est que les chaises à la plage sont presque toutes brisées ou abîmées, devraient être changées. Sinon, faites attention aux mouches et insectes à la plage on s’est fait piqué partout

Gorgeous hotel. Would stay again, but I’d happily pay more for a room with view, it’s so beautiful. Lots of bugs in spring, bring appropriate clothes and spray if you want to go hiking especially. Food is good but expensive. Good coffee. Free kayak, sup, etc to go on the stunning lake. Nice trails, microbrasserie nearby. Shops (supermarket) 10 min drive Not all rooms have airco. They let us switch rooms during heatwave, which was extremely nice and appreciated! Merci!! Loved being here!
