Hotel is old style, like early 90s at best but everything looks well maintained, upkept, and clean. Front desk lady was helpful/friendly. Located in the heart of Asbestos, Quebec and minutes from the Jeffrey Mine which was interesting to see. A minute from the local mall and "downtown." Right off the highway and easily accessible.

Continental breakfast was not free had minimum basic the flooring had huge gaps between board ends (extremely dangerous)

Nice place unfortunately a group of young adults thought they were alone and were VERY loud at 12h30 at night. Lasted about 20 minutes...hard to go back to sleep after that!!

Only stayed there for a night. It was clean, but it could use a little bit of decor to make it less empty in the rooms.
Could also transition to soap and shampoo dispenser.
Price was also a bit high for what I got.

We stayed one night and liked the exterior and lobby of the hotel. The fridge was rather noisy and we would have liked a softer bed but it was good overall. We chose not to have the continental breakfast as we felt it was too expensive ($9'00 each) for all that was offered. It was only 15 minutes away from our destination, quite convenient.

Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs et même un peu dans la chambre, lit dur et inconfortable, sommier sale et jauni par le temps, wi-fi qui fonctionne très mal, etc.
Le personnel est accueillant, mais l’établissement n’est pas un endroit agréable où séjourner.

Nice area, geographically. Cool town, out of the way, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to get to the trails, the drinkeries, and the groceries. Staff was very friendly, spoke little English, but accommodated my poor French with grace.

Pro: Good price, very clean, friendly desk staff, easy access to parking lot
Cons: Antiquated look, very hard and old bed, music festival outside on adjacent property was VERY noisy, until 1am, noisy air conditioning, uses traditional keys
