Staff were amazing! Location is great! CN tower, Blue Jays, Maple Leafs, aquarium, all within 5min walk.
Note: valet parking is on Lower Simcoe St. So if you are using maps, not on Front st.
Skip the breakfast package. Fruit selection was amazing, but not worth $25 per adult. It’s a real sore point with me how decent coffee, eggs, sausages just seems to escape even the nicest of hotels. But would def stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was being charged to open the fridge. I took nothing out of it. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. Otherwise the staff was very friendly

All in all a great hotel and room, disappointed with the breakfast, I asked for vegetarian (less the bacon) and it was simply 2 eggs, potatoes and a toast, no color, veggies or fruits.

The concierge upgraded our room for an amazing view of the Toronto skyline. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not open. We were looking forward to relaxing there.

What a beautiful hotel! The pool area is amazing, very big pool and huge hot tub. Clean changeroom facilities to use and steam showers too. All the staff were very friendly and we had a great stay.
