We loved our staying! The staff Nancy, Sophia and another staff at the desk were friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great! We could walk everywhere from the hotel. I would love to return to Quebec and stay there again!

Superb location. Very friendly, helpful, engaging staff who spoke English and actually remembered our names. Rooms were clean with lots of character as all in a heritage mansion. Art everywhere! Had a good feeling throughout our stay, thank you. Very convenient breakfast w pancakes cooked for you individually

The charm is the small, boutique property in a great, walkable location. But what makes it special is the staff. Fara at the front desk made my stay feel warm and comfortable. She was always helpful with a kind and friendly demeanor. She went out of her way to show me around, help with my luggage (4 flights of stairs!) and greeted me by name every time she saw me. She even stepped in to set up and serve breakfast when needed, with a smile on her face. I hope they appreciate the gem they have in Fara.
