Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast bar had good selection and stock. Clean environment and a cozy lounge area. Well priced. Rooms were clean. Some wallpaper may need replacing. Would recommend.

Very nice building, well kept, two covered areas for loading/unloading your car. The room was large, spacious, quiet, carpet throughout, blackout blinds, kitchenette, soft mattress, real duvet. The room was very clean but the bed was not. Many restaurants and convenience stores close by and within walking distance to Place Bell.

Nice spacious room - Had the king size with the pull out bed - comfy - Didnt use the pool (very small but looked nice for lounging) / the back area was like a nice little Oasis -. liked that the rear entrance is super close to parking and the elevator/ super convenient / they had a charcuterie option at breakfast which was interesting but I found odd - eggs were wet and bacon overdone and very greasy (bad combo) Pastries were amazing and they had very cute dessert options - overall decent for hotel breakfast - No issues overall and decently located in Laval - walked home from a show at place bell - would stay again

The hotel is beautiful and we had a good stay; however, our bed was noisy and had a saggy spot where obviously most people sleep. I think it was just time to replace the mattress... otherwise it's a beautiful hotel with an amazing free breakfast that is better than most.

Very cute hotel, clean, safe area, nice rooms, easy check in, check out, free parking, my friends said there was an amazing breakfast included, but I didn’t go to breakfast. The only thing that could’ve been a bit better were the blackout curtains didn’t really black out the room, but overall, great stay, would 100% go back!

My wife and I booked this room in Jan. of this year for a friday evening concert. First of all, this was priced very, very reasonably for a friday night with a concert event happening only 1 mile away! We were blown away by the hotel. This is easily a five star hotel in the US! The initial look of the hotel when you arrive reminds you of a castle in Europe! Totally made of cut stone with that castle look. Extreme friendly staff and atmosphere. If your room isn’t ready, you are directed to a lounge area with plenty of small tables, plenty of seating, an active fire place, free coffee station and a full bar! All areas were impeccable including the spacious suite. There was several comfy places to sit, a mini kitchen with sink, coffee maker and microwave. The internet access was free as well as on site parking. The bathroom and shower were more than spacious. We slept amazingly well. The room was very clean on every way! (My wife said it was perfect.) We said that if the free breakfast was good we would give this place a solid 5/5. The breakfast was unbelievable! I have never in my life seen such a spread anywhere and probably never will again! It starts with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes.( None of it was standard, I mean it was prepared fresh and was delicious. Then there were several bread choices, cold cuts, cheeses, waffles, sauces, yogurt with nuts, fruits, etc., cannolis, cookies, croissants and many more items! Continuously restocked! OMG please go!

This hotel is quite nice. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, although I would say that check in and out took longer than most modern hotels. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have a lot of space. Don't expect much from the restaurant, they don't seem to actually have an on site kitchen so the food is mostly prepared ahead and are things like stews and pastas that are keep hot. The breakfast is quite good and has a lot of options though. I had business in the area and this was a great option for me.

Seule ombre au tableau: notre check-in a prit environ 15 minutes car bien que la réservation apparaissait sur l’ordinateur ils ne trouvaient pas le formulaire papier…. Ils étaient trois à chercher sans run m’expliquer sur pourquoi c’était si long alors qu’ils voyaient la réservation a l’écran…. Le reste était parfait par contre.
