Nice and cozy room that is close to public transportation at an affordable price. You can find kitchen utensils to pots/pans and dishwasher soap in the kitchen to make meals. The room was very clean and hospitable. The nearest grocery store market is about a 15 min walk (one-way). The only caveat is when we arrived in Quebec in the morning, they did not allow early check-in or have luggage storage. Please plan accordingly if you arrive before the 4 PM check-in time. I would recommend booking your stay at this property if you're in the Quebec area or at one of their other locations.

There was a problem on Expedia’s end& with the language issue, we did have a little problem checking in. It was fairly quickly resolved, tho.

Endroit neuf, super propre a 8 min du Vieux Québec. Recu les codes d’accès tel que prévu vers 15h. J’y retournerais sans hésitation.

The place was nice overall but I wouldn’t recommend it for a stay longer that a couple of nights. There’s no housekeeping and we didn’t have any dish towels of cloths in the kitchen. The lack of housekeeping makes it not ideal for a long stay. We also had someone enter our room without knocking or warning in the middle of our stay. There is a sign that we are supposed to put on the door at the end of our stay so they know to clean the room and it was definitely not on the door so I don’t know what that could have possibly been about. I reached out to their customer service about it and heard nothing back some communication is lacking. I think that’s an issue large enough to warrant a response so not getting a response is frustrating. For that reason alone I wouldn’t stay again but in general it’s a nice looking spot with a big kitchen (not much variety for pots and pans though) in a good area.

This place is a scam! No personel inside with front door locked! The locals told me this is how they scam their clients ..
Fully paid in advance. Rented because i had an early appointment at the hospital next door ..no car i had to find a solution . Next day a friend drove me to another one of their hotels to try to have a full refund . TheymTold me i would be refunded …still waiting ,almost a month! Avoid at all cost….

Everything was very good, except the smell. When I walked in, the appointment smelled like dirty mens sockes. And you can't open the windows. Its good I had some essential oil. But this os the only thing i didn't like

Very clean, comfortable bed and even though you are near a busy hospital it was quiet. All the furnishings were comfortable and seemed new. Having free access to do laundry was a plus.
We stayed 4 days and my only wish was for another small table to put a suitcase on and for another peg rack for hanging things.
