La chambre était propre, grande et bien équipée. Le personnel de l'hôtel ainsi que du restaurant était courtois, souriant et sympathique. Plaisant d'avoir des bains sur place et le paysage est beau. Par contre, l'air climatisé de notre chambre faisait un vacarme terrible. Devrait repeindre certains balcons et moderniser les bains extérieurs. En somme, rien pour vous empêcher d'avoir un bon séjour.

When visiting the Eastern Townships this fabulous hotel is our refuge. We love the grounds, amenities, restaurant and peaceful serenity. On our recent trip we stayed in a junior suite with a balcony and it did not disappoint. We’ll be back.

Hotel in renovation, still have old parts. Room was that clean (40 year old carpet). Restaurant was closed on a Tuesday night. No breakfast option.

Nice site, well located. Friendly staff, we had large suites in the Chateau section which well equiped and quiet. Service was friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking, spa on site.
We would return if coming back in town.

The location and view are fantastic. The only thing would have been for the restaurant to be open foe dinner and breakfast. It was part of our stay which we understand. Very beautiful

An aging property, that has all it needs to be outstanding, but where maintenance is pinching pennies. Broken down equipment pretty much everywhere (gym, spa, EV charger, ice machine, in-room fridge, sink, etc).
Staff clearly tries to do their best, but you can tell someone is squeezing this property for every cent.
Works as a venue, for a team party or whatever, basic rooms look renovated, suites are 20 years old at least.
Did not eat there, cannot speak to the food. The restaurant did look inviting.

We had a Véry good service and able to get an upgrade with fire place. This was fantastic. Our room was ready earlier. This relax stay was exactly what we needed. Amazing welcoming front desk with vaste service. We got mountain view room. Nice hot tub outside with pool inside. nice walk around the lake and the hotel. Thanks for this Véry nice stay. We Will go black.
