Staff were great!

I paid for a room with a jacuzzi in it, but when we decided to use it, it wasn't working! It was rather late, and I didn't want to call the staff, because I figured there's nothing they could do to fix it, since the one button was lose and came off completely when we tried to turn it on. Also, the fridge in the room was disgustingly dirty, especially the handle area that you needed to use to open the fridge! There was also areas on the coffe table sides that had sticky stains from what I can only imagine, must've been from the people before us. The shower in the room is extremely small and I was too scared to use it, as it also didn't look all that clean. They also don't provide you with coffee in your room, just in the morning, from 7-10 am! There's no breakfast or nothing included either so be aware that you literally only get a bed, a dirty fridge and microwave. When I told the staff the next morning, he's only response was, "you should've called us". Not even a real true apology or "how can we make up for it?" or nothing! I will most definitely NEVER book a room there!

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

My room was dirty. Fridge was sticky. Black mark on pillow. Crumbs on bed sheets. Dirty bath tub. Staff said it was fine. I checked out immediately. Talked to the people in the room next to me they said they opened their fridge and it stunk up the room. Avoid at all costs.

Everything was good but I felt washroom is bit stinky.

Clean room, friendly staff and it comes with all the basics for a quick stay. However don’t forget to bring your earplugs as it’s close to a main road which could be noisy at all times.

Customer service was terrible. Booked my room with two beds online and when I got there they argued saying I can’t have two beds after I already payed online.

Room was not spotless. Bathroom was not clean. No plugs in room for chargers. Overall not a bad experience, not great. Would come back as a last resort. Would not recommend to friends.

Bed had not been changed. Asked for clean sheets and owner just handed them to me. Didn’t even offer to make the bed. Planned on staying 3 days. Decided to leave after 2 due to lack of activities in the area. Rqst’ed a refund for o e nignt which the owner would not approve. We left anyway and just took the loss. Would never stay there again.
