Great stay! Just off the main highway but quiet, convenient, clean, well-appointed, very friendly and helpful staff. Great views of the river!

Very clean hotel that is cozy.. only issue is that the noise from traffic.

Nice affordable motel when compared to other accommodations in this pricey area of Quebec. Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Nice system of codes to open room door; which is quite convenient if you happen to arrive after 5PM (when the motel supplies the door code to your phone). Close to the town of La Malbaie that offers plenty of dining options. Although we didn't go to the casino, it is nearby that motel. Great, friendly and accommodating staff. I was hiking the famous "l'Acropole des Draveurs" the next day and the owner allowed me to park all day on his site, although I was checking out that morning. This was extremely appreciated. Highly recommended.

Great place and really nice . Beautiful room and comfy . We really liked our stay at the Motel Le point de vue . The staff is very helpful and we were feeling like home . Modern and super clean . Thank you Motel Le point de vue ! Hope to be back soon .

The service was very good...facilities also goos, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Access to cuttlery and plates near reception. My ONLY COMPLAIN, we were there fir 5 days and room was not cleaned for the whole stay... Dirty plates, glasses, cups left in the room. Good thing we only bought croissants and orange juice for morning. Melissa was very helpful booking our whale tour, very pleasant and always smiling. The motel has a lot of potential but cleaning should be improuved.

The Motel is along the road, a little noisy, but fine when the window is closed. Beds are excellent and the view is great.

Nice clean well furnished motel with a view of the river. Large room and comfortable beds. Contactless check-in; you call to get the door code. Some road and train noise, but not bad in shoulder season. Cute little coffee shop right across the street. I’d stay there again.

The host contacted me to make check-in easy and effortless. The room was clean and tidy upon arriving and was the perfect stay for our quick overnight travels.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Location was good, room was ok but furniture very, uncomfortable, bathroom very dark. Staff was non existent from late afternoon until morning, only left a phone number if there was a problem. Found the room rate high for amenities received compared to other properties on our trip.

This hotel is way better than you actually think. First off, the check in during Covid, was awesome. They emailed me a code for the door and I let myself in. They did say that if there was any problems to contact them and they'd be happy to help. The room was quite a surprise, very spacious, with a desk, and a table with 2 chairs, and a beautiful view of the water and small part of town. The beds were comfortable, nothing too fancy, but clean and modern. Will be staying here again for sure.

I travel a lot and don’t normally post bad reviews but the service I received at this property was disgusting. We stayed for two nights, the first night the sheets were stained and the pillow cases were full of long hair. It was obvious the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. The second night we came back late in the evening to find out our beds had no comforters so we froze all night. Both days the reception office closed at 5 pm so there was no way to fix our issues. So the first night we had to strip the bed and sleep with no pillows or sheets and the second night we froze. No excuse for such terrible housecleaning service. Having no employees on site after 5 pm is strange as well.
