Great place

I was very pleasantly pleased while staying here. I will gladly book here again when I travel back to Fort McMurray.

Check in was *terrible.* Furniture stained and worn out. Shower door broken. Carpets lifting. Very VERY noisy (right on highway).

The well-appointed 2-bedroom suite was comfortable as much for a 1-night stay as it would be for a 1-month stay. Secure underground parking was nice, considering there is not much on-street parking in the area

Great property for long stays with apartment style accommodations

Always seem to have issues with my room key at this location. It’s not convenient because the room and front desk are in two seperate buildings. I had to wait for almost one hour. Standing in the hall waiting to get access to my room.

The heat in the room was out of control. There was a thermostat, but obviously doesn’t control anything. One day is 19c and the next is 28. Didn’t matter what I set it at or if I turned on the AC. Great room other than that

The staff at this place is the best I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Always welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and well designed. Highly recommend thia place

I was accused of stealing a blanket off the bed. When I left the room all blankets and towels were accounted for. Their cleaning staff watched me exit the room. I had a duffle bag which a blanket couldn’t even fit in. They called me and asked about the blanket I explained that everything was there when I left and the door was locked. I don’t want crappy hotel blankets. And the toilet had a nice rocking feature.

Rooms are dirty. Asked to make sure room was clean as previous stays room has been filthy. Was told I could go somewhere else if I wanted a cleaner room. Still came had to wait while they checked room. Room was not bad, better than before. Facility would be wonderful if it was cleaned properly and proper maintenance
