Good service , good for the price point , underground parking is really good

Can’t understand the poor reviews. Check-in was prompt. Room was spotless and looked newly renovated. More than enough shampoo, towels, etc. Didn’t sample breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but had two cups of coffee from the in-room Keurig. Only complaint was the parking garage was a bit tight and spots were sparse.

In duacussing shuttle service front desk clerk did not sound as though she had ever been to the airport.

Room downstairs is parking door , too much noise wen open or closed , can't sleep

It was worth the price. Comfortable beds and for the most part quiet.

My fligjt was delayed and it cost me 31 dollars by taxi to reach at the hotel as there is no shuttle services after 1200am to 4am The airport taxi ia too expensive the hotel should arrange for taxi for the pickup

I don't agree with the $250 hold on my credit card. My room was prepaid before I arrived

Location is excellent. Newly renovated. Wifi needs upgrading.

i like where it is located

Beautiful and an especially beautiful bathroom, both of which I wish I had taken photos. They offer free shuttle services every half hour from 4:15am-11:45pm (so 19.5 hours out of 24 hours in a day) to and from the Vancouver International Airport, which worked wonderfully for me and I used it both ways. I arrived before 3pm, they offered free luggage storage while I shopped around nearby until check-in time. Tbh, I didn’t get to explore the place much because I was very jet legged when I arrived. I crashed pretty hard once I got into my room until I had to wake up very early to get ready before my flight back home, which fortunately their earliest shuttle schedule still allowed free complementary transport for. I only spent one night, and not a very long one at that, but my experience was good and have nothing to complain about. Would recommend to anyone needing to go to/from YVR airport for the free shuttle service alone, just *DON’T FORGET* to call them for pickup at the airport/schedule it upon check-in to the airport.

We had some good experiences and some bad. The good: We got in early (around 10:30 am) and we were hoping for an early check in. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She didn't have anything ready for us that early, but said she would get us in as soon as possible. She let us store our luggage and gave suggestions of where to walk, shop, eat. By 12:30 our rooms were ready which was great. The park behind the hotel was nice for walking and the mall was very close and walkable. The bad: the shower in our room didn't drain at all. I called the front desk and was told maintenance had already left, so they brought up extra towels (the shower had overflowed all over the bathroom floor and onto the carpet), and handed me a plunger. After building up a sweat from all the plunging, we were finally able to get the shower to drain. I was pretty unhappy that the shower was stopped up from a previous guest and we had to do the plunging (and it was pretty gross). Also, we got to the front desk at 5am for our reserved 5:15 am airport shuttle. We were told that we hadn't signed up for the shuttle, but we had made reservations the night before. It turned out that the front desk person from the night before had put our names on the wrong day. Fortunately, they were able to call the shuttle and have someone come pick us up so it worked out ok.

The front counter staff over night was nice, the female staff I had on the phone the day prior when trying to book a shuttle pick up was rude and lying(did not emailed me the info she said she would) The hotel advertised pick up from airport, but when you actually ask to be picked up they tell you that it’s to late or the driver is off shift , a manager was supposed to get in contact with but never did.

After check in room appears newly renovated. Water is leaking through window. Also showers won’t drain and it’s backed up with something disgusting. Staff appear friendly but have some odd ways of dealing with customer service.
