Friendly staff, great breakfast and clean room.

Clean room, pool was heated and great. We didnt have the breakfast but we have in the past and its good. I love the location. My favorite hotel decent price in pembroke.

Recommend staying on the 2nd floor, 1st floor was loud late after midnight!

Breakfast was poor, probably the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever encountered. Day 1 was overcooked bacon, cold hardboiled eggs and mini poato croquettes like bullets, stale bagels. Day 2 was a little better - scrambled egg, fried sliced spam-like processed meat and the potatoes were ok. Bagels as before. Day3 no waffle batter. Had to ask for cutlery, plates, muffins. I suspect that one person has to cope with breakfast and reception - understaffed? Overall the hotel is somewhat tired and some things not working - urinal flush and faucet in gents' washroom; a/c unit in room noisy and no controls except low and high speeds, couldn't even turn it off. Broken gutter outside our window. Why the total insistence on paper cups - hot tea and other drinks taste disgusting. Even plastic recyclable would be better. On the good side the room was adequate, bathroom and shower good and beds comfortable. Parking was good, staff were welcoming, pleasant and tried to be helpful, however they need training on basics of the local area. Knowing where the tourist information office is located and its opening hours would be a good start.

The bed was very comfy. The staff were all friendly And helpful. The air-conditioning had one setting full blast. Good thing it was 29°C We stayed for 2 weeks the Pool was closed while we were there but there is a ton of beaches and parks to enjoy in the area. Over all i would stay at the Quality Inn conference center Again.

It was fine

Everything was super excellent. Except for the "free breakfast", the sausages were of poor quality and the omelette was like made with liquid eggs instead of fresh. I stopped eating the sausages after a few bites, and I love quality sausages. The sausages tasted like a poor quality hot dog! Spend a few extra bucks on a minor item like this so as to not negatively reflect on your hotel.

Great place with nice pool and breakfast. Quiet.

The person who checked me in was very pleasant and understood my needs. The room smelled mouldy (likely because it has not been updated and you can tell the bathroom has moisture issues). We could not access the pool which was the whole purpose of renting at this location for the night. This disappointed my son and I. The parking lot seemed fairly maintained but we had no place to throw a ball (because we couldn't swim) as there were no grassed areas. After a very long car ride, the kids need a place to release some energy and there were no options, unfortunately.

Its a hotel stuck in the early 2000 same with the town, no renovations in probably 20 years or more. that being said for the price the hotel is very well maintained and has been well kept. For the price its a great deal.
