Quality Inn Orleans

Not good at all. Facilities broken.

The bathroom smelled of mould. The shower didn't heat up and the toilet was not property fixed to the floor.

I thought the property and the actual hotel looked and felt a little run down

Shower curtain had mold, ceiling in shower was poorly renovated, toilet paper holder was incorrectly installed and leaned against the toilet… I was not able to bathe my children due to the mold. I contacted Expedia for help and I am still waiting on a refund for my terrible experience.

Everything was fine, except that we had to leave early, because of a work emergency, and the method for cancelling the third night was to call a number for Expedia. It couldn’t be done at the desk. The problem was that we couldn’t get through. So the room was empty and we paid for it anyway. Not thrilled about that.

Arrived very late stayed 2 nights..paid in advance but night person had to input my credit card info manally for 200 dollar incidentals fee.. not enough towels in room for 3 persons to have a shower... paid more for what l thought would be a better room but queen beds are not queen beds.dresser might be 18 inches high... asked for a late checkout Sunday morning but was told no.. Maybe check back in morning... microwave and fridge are miniature.. room wasn't made up after first night... not many positives... tv and channels offered are excellent.. Room was very clean

Staff was friendly at check in. Hotel was very dated. Beds were uncomfortable.

Hot tub was not hot and dirty The rest of the stay was good

When we turned on the light switch both light fixtures above the bed were covered in hundreds of bugs, they clearly had not been cleaned for a very long time.

The water in sink and shower Luke warm both mornings , 2 poor chairs in room not comfortable not good to relax in . Light in front hall had no cover .

We had a nice comfortable stay, just wish the hot tub was open later than 10:00

I like that it was close to the arenas. Service at front desk was exceptional. Rates were very affordable. Floor trim in bathroom was very dirty and face cloths/towels were stained.

Proximity to main road and family we were visiting

Sheets were dirty, rude customer service will not be returning

Worst hotwl ive ever stayed. We get to the hotel room and find a bandaid on the wall and dirty spots on the floor that tou could tell was not properly cleaned. Computer system was down for about 45min min when we arrived to check-in after a long days driving. I've never had an issue using a visa debit card for a check in/deposit prior to this hotel (Quality Inn)and it now u am being told that they do not know how to refund me and i have to wait for,well....i dont know how long because the manager won't call me back or get back to me at all. I am on a limited budget every month being a single mom with 2 kids and now I'm out $200; for i don't know how long because no one is telling me anything or getting back to me!!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.
