We stayed in a falls view spa room and it was fantastic. We could have just sat in our spa and watched the Horseshoe Falls all day. There was a nice restaurant downstairs on the ground floor, so we didn't have to leave the building for breakfast or dinner.

It was an amazing stay! The bed, The Jacuzzi beautiful view of the falls, Loved it! Their customer service were very friendly and nice.

It cannot be that in a hotel like this people have to buy drinking water. It is bad that the hotel does not give a miserable bottle of water to drink.

The room was fairly clean and spacious. It did have loose tiles in the entrance area of our room. The staff were friendly and efficient. It was short walk to casino and restaurants.
That said, the hotel was under renovation and the pool was closed and we were not notified at the time of booking. One of the two elevators was not working the entire three days we were there, causing delays. We were on a low floor so we would have taken the stairs, except they had the door to the stairwell locked for going up, so we could not use them.
Parking was 50 dollars a day on top of the room rate.

Like Location close to Falls. Didn't like $45 a night extra charge for the parking. Also. i booked King room and was told not available when I checked in and they put me standard room with 2 queen bed.

The over stay was very nice we went for valentines weekend, the room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the snow plow worker. when we parked there the next day our car was snowed in making it hard to drive out and when we spoke him about it, he was being very rude and sarcastic with his response. Apart from that the hotel itself and the staff were great!
