Hotels.com sent us the incorrect address and chalet # which made it VERY difficult and inconvenient to locate our chalet in the dark and snowy evening. Our actual stay was amazing and the responsiveness of the property manager was stellar.

Quiet area, tons of space and 10 minute drive to Mont Tremblant North side. We were 10 people and never felt crowded. real fireplace was a nice touch. Had a couple of really minor issues and was solved immediately by one quick phone call. Great customer service

This place was incredible and so spacious, we had a wonderful time, although I will say, there was a roaster in the chalet directly beside us that cawed all day from dusk till dawn, no air conditioning, the fridge didn’t close properly, and we couldn’t lock any of the doors. Other then that it was amazing and we will be back !

We liked the traditional chalet style of the cottage while having most modern conveniences you would want. The maintenance and cleaning of the property though good looked like it was done in a rush, sauna filter also requiring change.

Stayed here for two nights with my wife. Great cottage, but the road leading to it is very rough (unpaved) and when you're coming and going, it gets annoying. Overall, the cottage is clean but had only a one very small outdated TV in the basement which was a bit disappointing. While we were there the people across the street were also extremely noisy which wasn't great.

We had a great stay at RCNT chalet. We stayed in their 4 bedroom cabin. Very nice cottages. Lots of space and well laid out. There were a few negatives however. First, the cottages do not have A/C. We were lucky enough to stay there right after the heat wave so the nights were cool for sleeping. Had this been a week earlier we all would have been very hot and uncomfortable. My only other major complaint were the mattresses. Literally the worst and most uncomfortable mattress I have ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Whoever chose these mattresses just bought the cheapest ones they could find. They are hard and uncomfortable and I could literally feel springs poking into my back in the middle of the night. The king mattress in the master bedroom was sagging and deformed. They also make a ton of noise at even the slightest movement. Completely out place in a $500/night rental. They don’t even belong in a $39/night motel 6.

We all had a great time! We were pleasantly surprised that we were free to use the kayaks, canoes and water boards at no extra cost. The kids loved the ping pong table in the chalet and are already asking if we can rent again next year :)

Great chalet. Clean with great amenities. I was worried because upon reading the other reviews they mentionned there was so AC. However, the temperature indoors was nice and cool despite the heatwave we've been having in quebec. Also only a short walk to the lake and club de la pointe which was many activities including volleyball tennis kayaing, paddleboarding and much more!
