Excellent option for families. Extremely family friendly with cots, playground, pool, and excellent breakfast. We avoid Edmundson at all costs now that we have found this much better midway option.

We met the manager and her family. They were very friendly people. The staff were very nice and always busy. There was a pond with lots of ducks. We loved fweding the ducks. They were so cute. They were very popular amoungst the guests. The breakfast buffet was great. The orange juice and waffles were amazing. The pool was very warm, nice little hot tub. We would definitely stay again when we come back to visit the maritime provinces again. The only complaints would be the fan in the bathroom of our room was loud and noisy. Very annoying. We were in our own little cabin outside the hotel, which was so convenient for bringing luggage in.

Our outdoor room entrance was completely infested with spiders. We killed at least 15 and then more would come. We asked the front desk if they had a spray, they did not. The other side of the accommodation seemed to be better kept. The pool was dirty and slimy. The pull out couch in our room was very torn up. Would not stay here again.

Nice pool and sauna

Better than standard continental breakfast offerings. Clean room. Bathroom light was flickering (fluorescent tube ballast needs attention). Wifi was functional. Parking was right outside our room with option to take a turn at the EV charging near the front desk.

Acceptable, basic accommodations. Pool area unloved, breakfast facilities far too small for volume.

The staff were all amazing, pleasant. The breakfast women were particularly nice and accommodating under the pressure of a large long weekend crowd. The food was all good and hot with a great variety. The rooms were tired though comfortable and large. The bathroom appeared almost dirty. The pool area looked very dirty. The hot tub had a ring around the tub and wasn’t any warmer than a bathtub. The pool itself has a very slippery floor so the steps were tricky. Perhaps there is hard water in the area which makes things difficult. The parking lot is plenty big enough but the painted lines are almost gone so parking was not easy. I rarely write reviews so these thoughts are not meant to be mean or nasty. The Rodeway has some great people and is a pleasant place but certainly not posh. But who needs posh if the place is clean.

Perfect for hauling the family to the maritimes. Pool and complimentary breakfast delivered. Microwave in the room. Facilities were not new, but everything was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The place was fairly clean but worn out.

Property was close to the highway. Clean cabin with very comfortable bed. AC worked a little too well, cabin was freezing when I arrived and took a little while to warm up. A little dated but had everything necessary. Breakfast was fine.

Great reasonable price motel ideal for a night to break up driving to Maritimes.

Liked the pond with the ducks. Couch bed was very soft, you could feel the bars underneath. The door jams were filthy. Grout in the shower was mouldy. Hotel was musty smelling. Breakfast options were good.
