The staff and service was great. We were happy to see signs up that they are in the midst of renovating, because the property definitely needs it. The AC was not working in our room, TVs were very old and unable to stream or cast to from personal devices, which would have been ok if they actually had any channels. Our last day we also had no hot water which meant no showers or soaks in the jacuzzi tub we paid extra for.
We have stayed here before and been happy with the property so hopefully these renos will being it back to where it was and should be.

There is a loud banging noise in the room. I'm assuming it is at the HVAC unit. I changed rooms; different floor, different side of the hotel; still awaken to banging noise.

This place really needs some better cleaning/work. It was just a gross and very uncomfortable experience. Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows. Bedding feels like paper towels and the couches in the room are absolutely disgusting. Saw an employee smoking inside the building too asked about it and they just said it’s common for people to do that. It’s so unfortunate since you are paying quite a bit of money.
