The room spacious but tv not working

Brand new property, a little unfinished at time of initial stay but was great all around.

The stay was amazing and incredible! The hotel looked new on the outside and the lobby was clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly and check in was fast. We stayed on the top floor (5th) and the room look exactly like the pictures! It was a beautiful room, spacious and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and would stay there again in the future. It was a location close to Vaughan. Parking was good. I would definitely recommend then hotel!

Front Desk staff were friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room itself was not the cleanest. Lots of grease marks on walls. Things left under bed.

This hotel is so dirty inside out, and it looks like no employees are doing the job. When you ask a service, l was told no employee was working at that time and left home. I booked the hotel for 5 people, and we checked the room; there were no sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. I went down and talked to the receptionist to get what l needed, and they told me the employee had already left and the hotel didn't have extra sheets or pillows. I was not happy with his response and told him that l booked for 5 people and you guys were supposed to furnish the room for my stay. Finally, he got me a blanket and only one bed sheet without pillows for the night. The next no one showed up to clean the room or provide the bed sheets and pillows. That was a terrible experience with this hotel, and I do not recommend this place, especially if you are traveling with your family.

The suit we reversed has an open window which cannot be closed It’s actually broken yesterday was super cold there as such the room was freezing The bed is just next to that window Can’t understand how these people can put this room on expedia At checkout I requested for a refund and still waiting a call from them n no call received so far Very slow service Not a hotel to b suggested

The room was Lovely!!! However the outside is unfinshed alot of debree and spots where posts where supposses to be is gone making holes in the sement with wood. Almost triped on way in. Should corden those area off with pinecones

My room was not inspected before check in. There blinds were damaged and the air conditioning was not working. Throughout my stay there were people walking through the walls having loud convos on the phone directly outside my room. There was garbage littered all throughout the hallways and cannabis containers left in the elevator. It just wasn’t the best experience all round.

Loved having a washer and dryer in our room. Good value for your money.

Just only concern is about shortages of parking space

Horrible and rude front desk people. I do not recommend this hotel because of that. I literally want to ask for my money back and not stay there as soon as I checked in because of the rude staff. Do not waste your time. I was very disappointed. They do not let you control your own heat as well. It was off! I heard people talking and saying that the owner keeps it off to keep cost down. REALLY? Stay somewhere else!
