This place is an amazing place to stay. Very very clean. You take your shoes off at the front door. Breakfast is self serve but is good. I highly recommend this place.

It’s a great stay.

The yard was beautiful, the accommodations were super cute. The dome had both a fire place as well as ac. The hot tub and sauna were both available to use, they were both extremely clean and comfortable. The pool closes beginning of September. There are main areas to prep food, sit and eat or just relax. A fire pit and wood (extra cost) Overall we would stay again.

Both the property and the host were amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here!

We are very unfortunate to get the so called “cabin” or “cottage” but actually a non-insulated garden shed. When we were making a reservation, we found here with exceptional good reviews. However, it turned out to be the worst experience. First of all, there was only a portable heater in the shed. Yes, they did give us enough blankets but we are not only stay in bed, but also need to do things outside the bed. It was only 5 degrees and even our stuffs in the luggages are cold. The “cabin” is in their back yard, and we needed to walk about 100 feet to the washroom. It was only 5 degrees at night, and my husband has prostate and I have diabetes so we needed to go to washroom a lot. Can you imagine after walking in the cold weather for about 200 feet back and forth, how difficult it is to fall back asleep. The worst thing is, they turned off the garden lights at night! So we even walked in the dark for 200 feet. Secondly, they only offer two traditional style lamps which I guess each one is only 20 watts. We cannot even see enough at all. When I asked Cindy about “there is not enough light”, her answer is: what do you need the light for? Aren’t you just sleeping at night? Third, when we went to the breakfast area the next morning, how lucky the people who got their room in the basement! They stayed in the house with the heat and the washroom is close to their room. They have enough lights so they don’t have to walk in the dark.

Val and Cindy were so kind and welcoming. The sauna, pool and hot tub were fantastic. The cottage was cozy and perfect to relax!

Cindy the owner, and Val (her mother who maitains the facility) are both very friendly and helpful, they truly want the adults that stay here to very much enjoy their stay and feel at home!

Wish I could have stayed longer!!! Was just passing through town and stumbled across this absolute gem, it’s a true oasis and was exactly when I needed. If I end up back in Winnipeg I will absolutely be back…for longer. Thank you for everything

It’s too far from cottage to washroom, if you wanna go washroom at midnight. It’s terrible.
