Staybridge Suites WATERLOO - ST. JACOBS AREA, an IHG Hotel

Good overall. I’d stay again. Not crazy about the no tub bit and the cheap shower pan but it was usable.

Property was clean and easy to get around

Had an overnight stay at this hotel. Right across the road from the market, so very convenient. A couple of dining options within walking distance and others a close drive away. Right on the main road though, so you will hear traffic noise. Breakfast adequate, the muffins were great. Towels, and pillows need upgrading. Would book there again

This was overall one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The staff, the room, and breakfast options were amazing.. outside however was littered everywhere which is not really a big deal but makes it feel less appealing. Doesn't reflect how nice and clean it is inside. Also the pool( which is shared with holiday in next door) was so strong with chlorine, we couldnt stay in. Kids were coughing, our eyes were burning... Such a shame. Almost perfect weekend.

It was a nice hotel for families. Well kept and clean.

Stay was good. Room was nice. Buffet breakfast was excellent with many hot & cold items. Parking lot was too small, hard to find parking. Service was pretty good, amenties were good as well.

We were looking for a quiet get away and it was quiet! We enjoyed our get away

Overall the stay was great. Check in was a breeze. Room was comfortable — had a mini kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, mini stove, plates and glasses.

Our stay here was excellent. Will come back for sure❤️🙏

Nice hotel and a very good value. Complimentary popcorn in the room and free bites on M-W. Surprised me.

The suite is very spacious and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I wanted to write to you expressing my appreciation for the exceptional work that your team does at the Staybridge Suites. My recent stay was perfect from check in to check out. Your front desk team knew my requests and fulfilled them. The housekeeper that took care of my suite was detailed and also made sure I had ample supply of decaf coffee. The best part of my stay in your property was the towel art I found in celebration of my birthday. I'm glad I met the artist. Rean was very humble and warm. He's a great asset to your team and deserves recognition. Over-all your staff catered to all my needs and more. I look forward to staying at Staybridge Suites in the near future.
