Suites Sur Lac

Our suite was clean, fully kitted out and had everything we needed. The fire was lovely and the view was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. The place was very comfortable and well organized and had everything the 4 of us needed. The view of the lake was so beautiful and we were well situated to get to the busy ski area but we could get away and relax. The staff was super nice — we cannot wait to come back!

Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean. Convenient parking. And the lake & mountain view! We love the location for Tremblant north side skiing. We've been at this complex several times including summer. We'll be back!

Nice spacious condo.great lake view. Only thing was coffee not included. Should’ve bring our own coffee.

Everything was good and the property was clean. The only issue was with the digital door access code. One of the staff members helped us enter the property, and the issue was resolved after several hours.

The room condition is decent, the price is attractive. Easy checkin and checkout.

Very nice place to stay. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I think you can ask them to check out late, was thinking to ask them but just got shy asking lol. We would like to come back again next year☺️

The view was breathtaking. Evrything I needed for the kitchen was provided. The room was clean and welcoming. I would return.

The location is great. Beautiful views and access to trails. There are some maintenance issues that are lagging (e.g., bathroom fan not working, furniture wear and tear). The staff was friendly. Hope to visit again.

We have enjoyed three visits to Suites Sur Lac with our family over the past five years. Our children were particularly fond of the unique amenities during our first couple of visits, such as the opportunity to rent a boat or kayak for a ride on the beautiful lake, the enjoyment of the fire pit with marshmallows, and playing volleyball. On this occasion, we were unable to utilize any of the amenities due to the unavailability of staff to assist with the boating equipment, and the fire pit was closed due to the high fire risk. While certain circumstances are difficult to anticipate, clear communication with customers beforehand would have been greatly appreciated, as it would have allowed us to adjust our plans accordingly. The room's condition was showing its age, which is understandable. However, a fresh coat of paint over a dried patch should not require excessive effort. Regrettably, we do not anticipate returning in the future.
