Swiss Chalet Motel

Room was small but clean, except for the floor. After shower I walked a bit in the room in bare feet; my feet got so dirty from the floor I had to rewash them. The motel is right on the loud main drag, which is right next to railroad tracks. Quite noisy, and often when a train went by (which was very often) the room would shake as if a small tremor. But the a/c worked well, and this would drown out a lot of the noise. I should mention I was in the room closest to road and railroad, so other rooms might be quieter. Was a nice stay, and I did get a great sleep in the comfy bed.

The hotel doesn’t look like much from the road but don’t be deceived. The room was beautiful. Small but nicely done! The bed was very comfortable! My only complaint was the skimpy breakfast options. Boiled eggs, yogurt and granola bars were the only offerings.

Had a room with a queen size bed. The room is not very large, but, it was a great room! Comfortable bed, really nice washroom. Had everything you would want/need. Staff was super! Would definately stay there again!

Across from railtoad track meant we had train noises. We had our bicycles with us and had to put one in the tub as the room was smaller than a cruise ship. Staff was really nice and helpful

Newly renovated rooms with a super comfortable bed. Not alot of space in the (tiny) room itself but not important to me. Easy to find on a main street. I would stay again.

Comfortable bed.updated room. Friendly staff. Convient and walkable to restaurant. Coffee and light breakfast to go. My only complaint is the noise from the train, but I'm a very light sleeper. Overall I would give a 10 and would go back.

I thought breakfast was a bit skimpy... Door sill was a tripping hazard Toilets too low for average height people and elderly

The rooms were too small. Breakfast stingy

Nice size room with excellent lighting and enough power outlets. The beds were comfortable. It was great that we were allowed to use the laundry room.

Great lighting. Rooms are small. However the room and bath room is new and clean and well maintained. Would certainly go back.
