A bit cavernous, but lovely amenities.

From the front desk, elevators, halls, room, bed, breakfast, and checkout, everything was a 5 star. The only glitch that was a bit odd is that we had to call the front desk to get into the parking garage.

Beautiful property and we had a very nice room upgrade. However, no hairdryer in room and went to the front desk twice and got new hairdryers. None worked and neither did the one we brought from home. Guessing there is an electrical issue???

Clean, quiet, comfy bed, room was in good condition. Overall hotel is in great shape. Excellent breakfast included in our package. Nice bar area overlooking hill. Loved the ski concierge service. Will definitely stay again in future.

We loved this hotel. The people who worked there were incredibly accommodating. I did think it was strange that a hotel of that caliber in a ski resort wouldn't not have a hot tub or a sauna that fit more than a few people. One had to reserve it and it was totally booked when we were there at the end of the season. The beds were REALLY soft, which was also weird for a new hotel. Overall we loved the place but these are just details that I thought were worth mentioning.

We had a great stay, nice, clean, good food in the restaurant. Only minor issues, you could hear the guests above us, super loud and the bed needs to be replaced. Sunk in. Didn't make for good sleep, not terrible, just not good either.
