Wonderful experience of stay. Great property.

Good location. Service was exceptional. All staff were very polite and accommodating. The room was very bright, clean and spacious. Would stay here again!

Beds were great. Coffee and tea machine in Lobby was outstanding. Very clean except that HVAC registers were filthy. Fitness center was dated and Hoist cable machine was worn out and unsafe.

In particular, the front desk staff was outstandingly helpful. Your service and attention to detail was like you know.

Perfect. The hotel was spotless and the room spacious ( deluxe corner room). Nice touches like a dyson hairdryer, nespresso coffee in the room and lobby and l'occitane products completed the experience. The staff were all very professional, polite and friendly. Breakfast was OK albeit a little pricey, but given the standard of the hotel, thats to be expected. It was a little confusing that we had a 20% discount on breakfast for day two, but not on day one?

Das Magnolia ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig bemüht, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, großzügig und die Dusche im Zimmer war mit die beste, die wir in Kanada hatten. Es gibt kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer, sowie Kaffee und Tee. Ebenfalls in der Lobby gibt es kostenlosen Tee, Kaffee und Äpfel, sowie einen hauseigenen alkoholfreien Drink. Die Minibar ist gut sortiert und 3.50$ für Softdrinks empfinden wir als angemessen für das Hotel und die Lage. Parken kostet mit Valet 40$ pro Nacht. Es gibt auch Parkhäuser im Umkreis, wobei diese nicht wesentlich günstiger sind/waren wenn man in unmittelbaren Umfeld sucht. Kleinere Abzüge für Dinge wie Checkout bis 11 Uhr. Das finden wir für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel mit diesem Standard etwas verbesserungsfähig. 12 Uhr wäre wesentlich entspannter, für alle diejenigen die nicht früh abreisen müssen. Nichtsdestotrotz wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein Checkout bis 13 Uhr kostenlos ermöglicht. Dieser konnte aber bis zum Abreisemorgen gegen 9:30-10 Uhr nicht zugesichert werden. Da unsere Fähre erst am späten Nachmittag auslief wurde uns zwischen 13-17 Uhr 20$ Day Parking Gebühr berechnet, was ich angesichts von drei Übernachtungen und einigen zusätzlichen Ausgaben im Hotel inkl. Valet Parking etwas kleinlich fand. Alles in allem klare Empfehlung und vielen Dank an das Magnolia Hotel und Team für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Victoria!!!

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Wonderful restaurant "Courtney Room". Also, an incredible SPA in the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom completely renovated and updated. Fitness room was small but well equipped and clean. Walking distance to the Empress Hotel & the inner harbour, where most activities begin. Excellent place to stay.

Everytime we stay at the Magnolia its always perfect. The hotel is so beautiful and the staff all are wonderful. Can't rate it highly enough!

We had a terrific 3 night stay at The Magnolia Hotel. Everything at this hotel was amazing. The staff, the food, the rooms were all excellent. We hope to be back soon.
