We had a lovely stay here. The host was very calm and kind, just delightful. The room was perfect for us and breakfast was great— the welcome cookies and morning banana bread was an especially nice treat. We have already recommended the inn to our family. Especially for the location. It is a quiet neighbourhood but only a five minute walk to downtown or ten minutes to the harbour. For a walk on the boardwalk around Victoria Park is was only a few steps. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our last night on PEI!

This guest house was recommended in a travel blog. It did not disappoint. It is in a great location, the water front/eateries are within an easy walking distance.
Our room was spotlessly clean and a great size.
The breakfast was good, there is tea & coffee available at all times in the dining room. Juice was also available which was great.
Beach towels were available to borrow.
The owners are very nice happy people

This property is amazing. Don’t expect your plain Best Western here. The staff go beyond the call to make you feel at home. The house is a beautifully maintained vintage home with loads of charm. Modern amenities like air conditioning are there. We had the big suite on the top floor but they helped with our suitcases so no problem there. They even have beach towels for you to use. I only wish I had booked more days here. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. Looking forward to returning to PEI soon and staying here again.

Chris and Lee were great host and hostess to their Inn. Walkable to the downtown core and quiet for sleeping. I delicious breakfast and spacious bedrooms.
I would highly recommend this Inn for a lovely and relaxing stay.

My husband and I stayed 1 night on our drive through Charlottetown. This Inn is very quiet and charming, and the owners are very helpful and go out of their way to help make the stay pleasant. The hot breakfast was really tasty and had a lot of offerings like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, cereal, toast, tea, coffee, juice, Erfurt, yogurt, etc. Our room was on top floor and was very spacious and clean. We would stay again for sure!

It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the Victoria Park, and walkable to the centre of the town. The property (house) is charming and staff are friendly and very helpful.

The staff at the Sonata were extremely helpful and personable. They go above and beyond to make sure that the guests are serviced well and feel comfortable at their Inn. Location is absolutely wonderful. Can walk downtown in one direction and to the boardwalk in the other direction. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Chris was a fantastic host. Very comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was great, and hot drinks and snacks were available all day. Easy parking. Laundry very useful. Charlottetown was a lovely place to visit.

Great location, easily walk to restaraunts, Victoria Park right next to inn. Chris and wife Lee who bakes wonderful fresh pastries are excellent hosts. Good breakfast every morning. Rooms and inn are very clean, comfortable beds. Would definetly stay again.
