We loved the location and all of the amenities in the home. It was great to have our own garage and hot tub. It was easy to ski to the lift and get back to the place at the end of a ski day. We’d come again!

property manager said we had old rental agreement from Expedia & thus check in was 5pm instead of 4pm. also check out was now 10am instead of 11am. When traveling with young children, that was really annoying and inconvenient. Upon being pushed, they did agree to early check in without penalty, but wouldn't budge on check out. Also, for 1st time in any place, I stayed, they wanted you to run dishwasher and then empty & put dishes away. With 10am leave, it meant having to hand clean up breakfast dishes. made for stressful get out. Other than that, great place & had no other issues , would go back!!

This property was a good size and in a great location by the ski hill. Very quiet and picturesque. Could use some new furnishings, however, it appeared to have some recent updates to the floors and paint. It was extremely clean and well maintained.

This was a great quiet stay for our family. It was very spacious for our family of 6. A true Ski In/out. The hot tub was not working but we were advised before we arrived and given multiple other options to choose from. The Management was great to work with and very quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again. Kids loved the bunk beds!

DON'T STAY HERE! This is the first review I have ever felt compelled to write. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children. We have done many ski in, ski outs at various hills in BC and Alberta. This one, hands down, was the worst ever! Firstly, the pictures are not of the condo you receive. In fact, those condos are not even an option. They show you photos of the layouts that are 1900 square feet (these are privately owned and not available on Expedia). You are receiving a 1200 square foot condo. There is one living area which houses the sofa bed. The condo is so small that we had to put furniture onto the deck and in the kitchen to use the sofa bed. Coats and ski pants have hooks up the stairs to hang them as there is no coat closets. All furniture and supplies in the kitchen appear to be from a college dorm (cheap, mismatched, broken). Secondly, there has been no maintenance in many months or even years. We left a two page list of things that have not been kept up. Batteries in touch pad locks were dead, master bathroom toilet didn't flush properly, bathroom doors don't lock, kitchen appliances are econo and broken, blinds are broken, bathroom fans are loud, bulbs burnt out, kitchen chairs broken, couches ripped and stained, carpets stained. Thirdly, we were booked in for a 5 night stay. In addition to the cost up front, you pay $10.50 a night for coffee, etc. We received enough supplies (Tide, dishwaster pods, coffee) for three days only. WHAT A SHAME!

The condo was not the same condo as the photos which was a little disappointing. We made it work but it was definitely a surprise not to see the layout as pictured. The hot tub was also very dirty to the point that we didn't want to use it. It was incredibly cloudy and looked like no one had checked it in months.

Very disappointed that we were didn’t get this cabin our first night. Apparently they have more cabins and the one they put us the first night (cabin #16) is not nearly as nice. Cabin #16 is only 3-star: way smaller and the furniture needs replacement; leather couches are falling apart and a tacky coffee table full of stickers. We complained and found out that the photos that are shown on Homeaway are cabin #14. They first said that one was booked, but when we asked the supervisor how that is possible when we booked it. She arranged that we could switch to cabin #14. It was extra hassle to move after our initial check in. However cabin #14 is what we expected: cozy, clean and roomy. Could use more towels in the cabin. (We hardly had enough for 5 adults and two children). Also some more medium size pots would be great. In general I would give cabin #14 a 5-star rating (if it wasn’t for the mess up the first night). Would definitely come back, but only if I know that I’m not being downgraded to cabin #16. Hot tub is nice.

I booked a 3 bedroom condo through Expedia. The description and pictures showed a large kitchen/ living room - perfect for our group of 6 travelling with kids. That is not what I got. Although our unit was decent, it was not what was advertised. It had a very small kitchen/ living room and about half of the space we expected. This may be a problem with Expedia or Whispering Pines. Either way. The price that I paid was not consistent with what I received.
