Staff friendly and helpful. Unaware of shared bathrooms. Poor lighting in room, stained sheets and tv remote didn’t work. Not ideal for families, fine for young budget conscious travellers.

Poor hostel! The room wasn't the one in the picture! The bathroom is shared and only one toilet! The shared shower doesn't have a lock! The reception is closed and they demanded I return before midnight! Cinderella style. Turned out they had a key but gave it to more important guests.

Estaba sucia, no tenía toallas. El agua nunca calentó, estaba fría. Jamás habíamos tenido un mal servicio en ningún otro hospedaje. Si llegas más de las 11:30 pm te quedas fuera, aunque hayas reservado.

Não gostei do fato de a recepção nao ser 24 h, e se passar das 24h vc teria que dar um calção pela chave que depois vc receberia ao entregar a chave. Não gostei da pousada por causa dos hospedes que faziam muito barulho, a rua é movimentada, e na noite que dormi la, um hospede dormiu fora do seu quarto no chão rocando alto, que parecia uma caixa de som. O chão por ser de madeira, faz muito barulho. Ponto positivo, o pessoal é muito acolhedor, fui muito bem recepcionado.

Ficamos em um quarto de casal com banheiro privativo. Quem está procurando algo moderno e extremamente limpo não é o local. Porém para quem não se importa muito com isso o hostel é excelente. Padrão dos hostels que eu já fui. A localização dele é excelente, perto da linha vermelha do metro que te leva para todos os pontos turísticos de forma fácil e alguns dá pra ir a pé. O atendimento do pessoal do hostel também foi maravilhoso, a dona é super querida e nos tratou muito bem. A única coisa é que eles não são flexíveis com horário de funcionamento, chegamos de madrugada e já tínhamos pago aquela diária, mas tivemos que esperar até as 8h para conseguir entrar, então se você chegará fora do horário de atendimento deles é bom levar isso em consideração. Do lado do hostel tem alguns restaurantes, mercadinhos e fica numa transversal da avenida providencia que tem tudo o que tu vai precisar. é bastante conveniente. Sobre a limpeza, é aquele padrão, nem muito limpo nem muito sujo. Mas não foi algo que me incomodou, só alertando os mais exigentes. A e sobre a segurança do local, achei super tranquilo, não me senti insegura em nenhum momento, porém eu e meu marido fazíamos nossos passeios mais durante o dia. Do geral nossa estadia foi ótima, a cama era confortável, e a localização melhor ainda. Voltaria.

Encontramos manchas en las sabanas y cojines, ducha sucia y un sostén (que no era mío) bajo la cama. Recepción bastante bien solo que había que pedir una llave para salir en la noche y había que pedirla día a día (la última noche no pudimos salir ya que a las 9,40 queríamos pedir la llave y la recepcionista no estaba. Una de ellas me dijo que si podía dejar mi equipaje en custodia hasta las 8-9 aprox pero la de la mañana tuvo una actitud medio pesada y me dijo “sólo puedo tener tus cosas hasta las 4”. (Adjunto fotos de manchas y del sostén misterioso)

Na descrição do hotéis.com há informação de que tem vaga de Garagem (sem manobrista), o que NÃO HÁ! o carro dormiu na rua! Havia a informação de que seria um quarto com banheiro privativo, não foi o que recebemos. Após reclamarmos mudamos para um quarto melhor!
