Well maintained hotel. Very helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast. Located a short walk from the sea front and a wide choice of restaurants. Bus stop to Valparaiso close to front door. Buses every few minutes. Don't be put off by the way t the buses drive. They get through the traffic and the driivers are really helpful.

It's an older hotel and the room was a little smaller than her sister property in Curico, but the room was clean & comfortable. Parking was safe and easy. The hotel overlooks the water channel, and is within 2 blocks of the oceanfront boardwalk. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very efficient and helpful.

The hotel was great and we had east walking access to restaurants, shopping and beach. We were a little disappointed that the gym was extremely limited and the rooftop in the pictures is only open once per year according to the front desk. The people were very friendly.

The hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable. However it did not have a bar or indoor seating area so when we asked for 2 glasses of white wine, the small fridge in the dining area did not have any! The roof top bar was locked. The gym had no disinfecting facility for users or equipment but when my daughter complained spray and hand sanitiser were provided but there were no wipes for the machines. They kindly provided me with a disabled room with a wet room but it just flooded!!!

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado, em área muito bonita e com vista para o estuário, próximo a excelentes, bares e restaurantes. As principais atrações da cidade (Relógio de Flores, Museu Fonck e a belíssima orla de Vinã del Mar) ficam a 10 minutos a pé. Ótimo café da manhã e mesmo o quarto mais simples é completo e espaçoso. Altamente recomendado.
