Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is near downtown, not walking dustance. There is a large mall across the street for any shopping you may need.

This was my second booking at the hotel...I liked it so I wanted to stay longer. The room was great and the staff was kind and sooo helpful and I had the buffet breakfast each day and it was a great way to start the day with a dining room full of nice people. Another aspect of this hotel that was amazing is the location. It is near a bus station to take the big tour buses all over the country and international, plus the airport for what is about $2.30 USD and its a nice bus. The Central train station is up the street and the Metro and a big shopping center with a large supermarket with lots of wine and liquer and beer. And the shopping in the area is extensive--nice shops to stalls and hundreds of options.

The team at the hotel were amazing. They helped me with reconnecting to the Internet and TV. The room was great. I had a suite and it was specious, clean, excellent bed and bathroom. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The area had the Central Station so getting around was a breeze. There is a shopping mall with lots of options and 2 large supermarkets and clusers of shops in the area.

Hotel was in decent shape. Breakfast was ok for buffet/continental style. Staff was friendly and helpful. Many workers were staying there, their boots left mud everywhere. The area is in an area of poorer people/immigrants and street vendors. Close to train and bus stations, not good. There are no restaurants nearby, only fast food. Spanish speaking is an asset.

The room was clean but the location of the hotel felt very unsafe. No Wifi unless you were at the lobby (although they tell you they are "fixing the issue" which was not true). Staff at reception were rude and didn't provide any kind of information (like breakfast was included with the price of the room)

The hotel is suTable. Friendly helpful staff. The area it is located in is borderline safe and trash is everywhere. It is too far away from any attractions. I would not recommend it for these reasons

As soon as we arrived, experiencing jetlag and seeing the terrible location of the Hotel, we felt safer eating at their restaurant. Terrible mistake!!!! It was the worst meal we have ever had in many years of travelling. The day after we went to Los Condes and ate at a high scale restaurant, the bill there was less costly that what we were charged for at the Nobile restaurant. On the positive side, it is close to the metro. Their wine was appalling, the meat was gray, and the fish was horrible.

After 22 hrs. To arrive at Hotel Approx. 10 AM I was told there was no early check-in possible. I along with other guests. I was told I could wait with others in the lobby. When I checked out at 7 AM there were a half dozen sleeping in the lobby. Asking for a receipt, I was told to get it from Expedia.

Clean room, nice hotel, great breakfast. Our mattress was outdated and definitely needed to be replaced. The area outside the hotel is definitely big city downtown situation with homeless and the sense of security isn’t the greatest but my wife and I only had one questionable experience.

First time to SCL, very close to centre of city Hotel room very Noisey due to traffic and lack of Double glazing . Central station 5mins walk along with metro. Room quite large good water pressure for shower and free breakfast not bad But could be better. Approx 30 mins from a very nice airport. All you see around you are mountains. Somethings are expensive but Starbucks latte are half euro cost as a guide. I would consider possible another hotel away from the constant traffics of SCL

The staff at this hotel could not be nicer. They looked after us in every way and always with a friendly, warm disposition. Highly recommend this place plus it is excellent value for money.
