The first thing that stands out is the location. It's located in a good busy section of Wuhan so there is alot of places to explore and see just right outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is something else. An entire room full of fresh mixes of Eastern and Western dishes on the 8th floor (also can eat lunch or dinner there too if desired). The hotel room was very nice and convenient with the view. The bathroom shower is nice as well and the built in bathtub/jacuzzi beside it is a perk (I had the deluxe room). My only dislike (and this is trivial) was the carpets were slightly dirty so make sure you wear the slippers they provide on the side of the closet when you first walk in (or your own). I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.

This is the second time we booked with this hotel due to their location (close to shops). We always end up getting an inner room (room that faces to inside a void of the building) not sure if this is because we booked through Expedia. Also we have no idea why we always end up getting room without a bath. It was winter when we were there. We found our room becomes too warm for us and opening the window doesn’t help as it is opening to the void within the building. At the end of the stay, we had to catch our early morning flight, we were told by the front desk that they do not provide the service of calling a taxi and we have to go to the main road to hail a taxi. It was raining and my friend bought us breakfast so we ate in the lift lobby quickly but the staff shouted at us saying no eating in the lobby. This is weird there is no sign saying this except for a no smoking sign. The staff shouted at us but not other customer who walked into the lobby with cigarette still in btw their fingers.

The hotel was located in a very busy part of town, just a block or so from a major walking mall of retail stores and a block in the opposite direction of the night market. However, the directions for our driver were incomplete and we were let off about 2 blocks away and had to schlep our suitcases down the mall, over barriers, across a street before arriving at the entrance of the hotel. Yes, we created a scene of 8 foreigners with our luggage.
