I was upgraded to Studio Executive King. Nice clean room. The hotel is on top of a Shopping Mall. Kitchenette equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery, cookware, crockery, and washing machine. Most importantly, the WC has a Smart Bidet Seat.

This has been the Hotel I stayed for my visits to Guangzhou. The location is considered good in the sense that it is linked to a shopping mall with walking distance to some famous big Malls in Tianhe area. And there is also an entrance to the underground Subway right in front. There are countless restaurants serving cheap and good food around the hotels. The room is nice and comfortable. So far the most comfortable bed and pillow I have even experience for a hotel. And the room (2 bedrooms Suites) is cozy, clean and well equipped with everything that you can ever need. Hotel staff is friendly too. The only thing is that the Hotel main entrance is facing a back street which not many Taxi driver know.

On my 40 day trip to China, I stayed at Fraser Suites for 9 days & it was my favorite place of 5 to stay. The one bedroom premier suite was very spacious and convenient. The location is great, shopping convenience and great food options. The property had activities such as golf stimulator and massage chairs which greatly helped after long business days. There is also a computer and printer in the lobby which was very much appreciated as I needed to use it for my visa applications for my journey onward. All day coffee. The staff was very helpful and polite, housekeeping was great, cleaned very detailed and always so warm. Front desk was always very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast staff was also the best as I ran late one two occasions for breakfast and they were still so polite and helpful. Jackson, the concierge must also be heavily commended as I forgot some items in the shower and he organised and dropped them off for me and was always so helpful along my stay. My Only suggestion is to let the robot deliver food ordered on apps to the room. This really helps with convenience and relaxation. You have gained a now long term customer as my stay was truly delightful and I appreciate the amenities of the property and staff.

Very suitable if you want to stay near Grandview Mall and very convenient to travel around as the Metro Line 3 is just walking distance. The room comes with Washer/Dryer and full cooking Facilities. Great place to stay when you visit Guangzhou.

I always choose Fraser Suites whenever I’m scheduled to be in Guangzhou. From the concierge to the front desk and dining staff, everyone is very polite and accommodating. While some staff members may not speak English fluently, they are genuinely kind and always do their best to assist guests. You may notice that the property is a bit older, but it is very well maintained and kept clean. The location is excellent, with direct access to the mall and the metro, making it very convenient. There are also endless dining and shopping options nearby.

My 2nd. stay in 1 week. Room, check in, and staff are very good. You just need to make sure your driver knows where reception is as its part of a shopping centre and not on the main Road. I would say the downside is there is no bar and once you check out your out, no where to sit. But there are plenty of good eating places right across the road and it's attached to a mall so coffee shops are nearby. Breakfast is good, concierge is helpful and they do store your bags. Both rooms I stayed in were excellent.

I accidentally injured my forehead ( hit on the edge of the luggage rack) and the staff were very prompt to help me get a premium Didi to the nearest hospital. When I returned to the hotel, they have removed the luggage rack and added anti-slip mats in the toilet for my safety and even gave me complimentary fruits and a get well card. Thank you so much!
