The hotel is a little hard to find, but otherwise, a nice, clean property, and relatively new.
I don't normally give out review, but I have to because I want to give a shout out to Cecelia Su, who has been very helpful in helping getting around town. Her broad, friendly smile just makes you feel that you will be taken care of.
I didn't get the other attendant's name, but she also went out of her way to get me a taxi to get to my destination.

The front desk staff at this property provides curtious and knowledgeable service. I like having the bus terminal right around the corner from the hotel which provided us an easy bus ride back to Hong Kong. The shopping centre is close by too. Restaurant at the Westin Hotel next door was excellent.

Clean rooms, decent staff. In room dining was disappointing and breakfast buffet was worst. food ran out during breakfast buffet and was not replenished timely. Staff said food is over since they have many guests in the hotel - Not a response expected out a chain of hotel! Paid extra to Expedia for breakfast which was not provided with.

One day business trip, the hotel is new, rooms and shower are great. I did not try breakfast. The problem is the location, is a little bit far from city center, there is a big mall in the hotel complex, but most of the stores/show room still close. Need a car to go around.

The hotel is new, less than a year old and located right across tge road from Guzhen light rail station. Room is clean, nice and comfortable. Not convenient to food and shops at the moment due to the fact that thw plaza next door ia yet to be completed. Once the plaza ia completed in October 2017, the hotel then will be well placed.
