I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the front desk agent, Lily. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile and a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Lily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and providing helpful recommendations. Her attention to detail was remarkable, she remembered my name and preferences, which made me feel truly valued as a guest.What stood out most was her willingness to assist with a last-minute request I had. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my stay.I cannot recommend Lily enough. I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were both friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The only downside I encountered was the lack of a pedestrian path for walking around the 8 km distance. This made it a bit challenging to explore the surrounding area on foot. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its great service and hospitality.

Five star service. Our flight delayed by 2 hours because of bad weather. It was 3.40am after we claimed luggage at Xinzheng Airport. Even though, hotel still arranged pickup. Thank you so much, Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport.
